Still overprescribing, going beyond the three-refills for controlled substances, and never drug testing regardless of whether the patient has a history of abuse or not, and is being prescribed medications that suggest to NOT be administered to those with a history of abuse (even alcohol but obviously especially those that have similar effects as the prescribed medication, ie an addiction to downers and benzos and prescribing benzos, an addiction to amphetamines or meth and prescribing amphetamines). If you’re pill seeking this is the PERFECT doctor to see but if you yourself want to figure out a problem and not just use pills to put a bandaid on it; don’t go here
Edited to add: my partner, an addict was supposed to get two refills on a single visit. He got SEVEN refills bc Doctor Mann kept listening to his sob story. HAD HE DEUG TESTED HIM ONCE, or looked at his medical history at all, he would have seen that he was HIGH ON ILLEGAL DRUGS EVERY VISIT. not pot, REAL HARD DRUGS. You contributed to our home life being hell and he was sentenced to six yrs prison recently bc he couldn’t STAY SOBER. THANK YOU DR MICHAEL MANN. PRACTICING FOR 60 yrs, times have CHANGED dude.

I have been coming to this facility for several years. On the 17th of Feb 2025, their employee called me that she needs to cancel my telehealth appointment due to inactive health insurance. Debra said that I need to pay the 90.00 in cash or pay the 50.00 for not having the active health insurance. Today the 18th of February, I called my health insurance and they told me that my health insurance still active. I'm not sure why she told me that which wasn't true and my insurance emaild me a copy of my Health ID card # as proof that I'm still active.. I have called them over 2 months for my blood work results and they could have mail me or email the results of my blood work. They just lost one patient for not trusting me.

I have been a good client and been seeing Dr Mann for several years. The problem is his employee by the name Debra. I was supposed to have a telehealth phone call on the 17th of February and she told me on the President day during before my telehealth appointment that she was going to cancel me and charge me for 50.00 for not having my insurance active unless I paid the 90.00. On the 18th of February I have called my health Insurance and told me that my health insurance still active. This is very unprofessional to tell me that she has to cancel me for not having an insurance active. First of all I didn’t need to have a telehealth for telling me the results of my bloodwork and my husband is a plastic surgeon who can also read the results. I’m not sure why they didn’t email or mail me a copy of the blood work results. The way they’re handling their client’s I will not go back to see Dr Mann for not trusting me due to misinformation that they have.

I've been coming here for almost 17yrs. I have severe spinal degeneration disease with a lot of spinal stenosis. I'm a musician, I need to feel my fingers. The pain is always a 6-10 and because they had script issues with DEA, I have to suffer in pain now because he won't prescribe anything but Tramadol on a limited number. He's had me on the same pain medication for almost 10yrs or more. It's not effective much anymore. I guess because DEA wants everyone to be in pain and have a crappy quality of life. Why? Because 30k drug addicts abused it and died. So the mass has to suffer in need. It's BS. The Gov has these doctors and pain specialist not giving relief with opiods. Sucks for the hose of us that need relief. Stick your IBU and Tylenol where the sun don't shine. It's ineffective for nerve pain. Good Dr, bad situation. And hey never answer the phones.

Glenn has been my PA that last few visits and my husband also sees him. He is wonderful and really listens. Debbie who takes care of the referrals is also very nice. Ive never had a doctors office that I liked. This one I do.

My experience at the office of Dr. Mann has been nothing but top notch. Charles has been my PA for nearly 2 years. I made the switch to this office because I was constantly feeling like my Dr’s never gave my concerns the time of day or took me very seriously, but not here. Charles takes the time to go over all of your concerns and has treated me with nothing but the upmost respect. I seriously could not have asked for a better person to handle my medical concerns than Charles.

Dr Charles, Dr Glenn, and Dr Mann by far have the best bedside manner. They are so caring and kind and so is their staff. My entire family loves Century Regional!

Dr Mann is super sweet. My experience had been bad because the office NEVER calls back. It's so annoying. I call everyday and no call back. There's a lady who answers the call and is so rude. I'll explain that I've been calling and she will say ok and then send me to the nurses voice mail. Soooo frustrating!!

I would not go anywhere else. He is by far the best! He explains everything....down to the smallest detail. If you need a specialist, he will send you to the best, because he knows them and trusts them with his patients' care. I have no issues with the staff. It can be hard to get call backs at times, but that is to be expected with a heavy load of patients. I won't complain. I have only had one issue so far but that will be taken care of on my next visit. Thank you to Dr. Michael Mann, his nurses, and the staff! Susan E Thornton

My first visit, but very impressed. Yes, other doctors could learn a thing or two from him! Friendly staff. I feel right at home there.

Great family visit with one complaint, receptionist. The waiting area is clean and organized. The staff were very welcoming. Myself, daughter and my husband all saw Dr. Litman and agreed that he is an amazing doctor and we are super happy that we made our appointments with him. Dr. Litman took his time to give great information at each of our appointments there was no rushing through to get to the next patient. We each had our labs done as well at the office which is very convenient. My labs were taken by Kesha (not sure of the spelling) this was the first time and she was great! I always get very anxious because of past experiences but she did a perfect job! Very pleased with the experience. The one thing that we weren't happy with was when my husband called to make his follow up appointment he explained to the receptionist who answered that he needed a follow up with Dr. Litman to go over his lab work he had done a couple of weeks before, the receptionist booked him for 10/18 at 8:30 am, he went to his scheduled appointment from the receptionist and the receptionist had put him down for lab work, he explained that he had called and told the receptionist it is for a follow up to go over his results and the receptionist who worked 10/18 at 8:30 am finally told him that Dr. Litman wasn't in the office today which was very disappointing. I know my husband wanted to speak with Dr. Litman again. But it's not like you can schedule multiple appointments and have to take away from work because the receptionist wasn't paying attention/doing her job right the first time. The receptionist asked to reschedule, unfortunately my husband told her no.
