“This place has been a blessing! I was afraid to start CrossFit again after almost 2 years off. However, Coach Alex took the time on the phone to answer all questions and immediately made me feel like my time and questions were important. He recommended foundations class due to the time away and I’m glad he did! I learned so much new information and have a better grasp of technique and mindset than I did before. The members are welcoming and I did not feel like “the new guy” like I was afraid I would. The gym is the perfect size: big enough to have the equipment and room to work out, but small enough to feel personal with the members and coaches rather than “another number.” The coaches say fitness is a journey, not a destination and that mindset helps. The focus here is getting better rather than lifting more weight. I’m happy to have found this place and would recommend ANYONE of ANY fitness level to try it out!”

“I live the fact that people are there to work out and not fool around like in many other gyms. I bought a family package and my kids have grown more muscle faster than the other gyms they have attended. I think because it’s more of what I call a body building gym even though they have cardio equipment. We all love it and the staff is great.”

“Good gym. Friendly staff and great environment. Really seems to be a judgement free zone. My only complaint is I wish they had more bench and squat racks. There's only 3 in there at the moment and someone is always waiting on them; while they have 20+ treadmills that take up a lot of space and are almost never used.”
