This place is a joke. Nobody does their job, and don't even try placing an online order! I've spent over $8,000 here and don't know why I keep coming back. Their "pros" have messed up several things in my brand new house as well, and nobody wants to take responsibility for that either.

I had to get salt for my water softener. Everything went well. They even loaded in my truck for me. Give me my military discount. What more can you say Home Depot is the best!

The guy who was working the checkout stands watched me walk out with SIX 50 qt bags of soil and other things but didn't bother to ask if i needed any help carrying them out. Other people even pointed out it weighed more than i did!! Plus having to load and reload the bags without any help as a female in this HEAT? Thats insane to me. Need i mention the fact that most of the big bags of soil were torn meaning i had to move them around to find ones that hadn’t been damaged by myself.
Where has the customer service gone???

I have had issues with ordering online, but the Bulverde store has always come through, sometimes it’s a small headache, but they work hard to deliver what’s promised!
Great job Luci for finding a way to get it done!
The manager and entire customer service department at Bulverde were amazing. Way to push and get the job done!

I have been a customer of Home Depot since the day it opened in Bulverde, but it is getting to a point where I can no longer justify shopping there. More often than not over the past year or so, items show to be in stock in the store in large quantities and then when you order them for curb pickup and complete the purchase, you get a message much later that your order cannot be fulfilled because the store does not have it in stock. They state they will refund your money, which by the way, is not immediate - it takes several days.
I experience the same thing if I look an item up before driving to the store. It shows online that it is in stock then when you get there, it isn't anywhere in the store.
Staff certainly do not seem surprised by this when you approach them, nor do they seem to be bothered by the inconvenience it causes. Today was the final straw, once again an item showed to be in stock and I get there and voila - nothing. And according to the two associates I spoke to, they had not had the item in stock for a long time. A complete waste of my time and gas to visit the store. HOW can Lowes keep their website current on what is in stock, and Home Depot cannot? Home Depot needs to update its inventory software. I for one, am fed up with this.

Disappointed in the appliance portion of Home Depot. Difficult getting appliance delivery date, appliance dented on delivery & returned. New appliance delivery scheduled without notification then unable to install dishwasher due to location to sink. Spouse had unhooked old dishwasher in advance or they would not have hauled it off even though it had been paid for. Poor notification, knowledge & customer service

The worst experience I've had in 20 years with Home Depot. I want a new bbq grill. I liked the Dyno-Glo 4 burner lp with sear. All of them out front were rusted, weather faded or damaged. I would've bought one but they weren't willing to discount for the wear so I wanted a brand new one. They had 5 back in garden. Had to wait almost 45 minutes for them to get it down. I pointed to it because they were about to say they couldn't find it. Well I pointed at the wrong one. The one I wanted 4 burner $299, the one I pointed out was 5 burner $399. Ok bit the bullet got that one. Get it home. No instructions. A QR code with supposed instructions but covered by a shipping label added later after original packaging. No matter, I carefully pealed that off and scanned it. An app "bilt" I had to downloaded and absolutely no product found. So I went to the website of Dyna-Glo. It was some 3rd party website filled with ads and no customer service. Apparently they're email is no good either. Multi million dollar company and there's this? No quality control in purchases? All this could've been avoided had they just fairly discounted the weathered ones out front. I would've never known they're buying products from scam companies with no assembly manuals. Shame on you Home Depot

Follow online deals. You can order online and pick up in store. Use their app when in the store to locate items you want to find. It’s what the employees do.
