This is my go to nail salon. They consistently do great work. They are clean, friendly, and pay attention to details. They are also very patient and understanding with my elderly mother. And they serve wine if requested (for when I'm not as patient with my elderly mother).

I am super picky about nail spas … cleanliness, patience, consistency, and quality are all important to me. We’ve had a great experience here the two times we’ve been now. In May, I took my 11-year-old to get a set of dip powder nails. It was going to be a one-time thing for her talent show performance and 5th Gr Graduation ceremony. I was super nervous to have anyone touch her nails … but we took a chance and we were very pleased with this place! Fast forward to August and now I allowed my daughter to get a set for back to school. Quinn has been our nail technician - she was patient, gentle, kind, and did an AMAZING job. Just made an appointment for myself this week. This will be our spot from here on out!

The worst manicure ever! I finished repotting plants on Friday morning and decided to get a manicure to tidy up my nails and hands so I went to Ivy Nail & Spa. Cuticles weren't trimmed very well and I pointed this out to the tech. She trimmed a little more then polished my nails -- no exfoliation. Since I was through with abusing my hands, I thought this "regular" manicure would last at least through the weekend. In less than 24 hours, the polish on the tips of the nails was peeling back and I had done nothing to cause this - did not even washed a dish or a dog! I went to the salon to ask for either a credit or a redo and was told "Well, that's regular polish". No courtesy offered at all! Never again......

Love Ivy Nails! I've been going for over three years. They are so friendly, clean and professional and you can't beat the price in Bulverde. I usually get the pearl tips and they last so much longer than most nail salons. I love Nicole and they always take care of me.

HORRIBLE PEDICURE, HORRIBLE SERVICE! Right off the bat the only person (female) who could slightly speak English couldn't find the nail color I picked. Instead of searching she brought me the first polish she found... not even close lady!! I Explained wrong color. To save me time & aggravation I picked another color. She then offered me a glass of wine. Thank you very much! It had been a long day. However what she brought me came out of at least a 35 year old box! OK maybe exaggerating but not by much. A man did my pedicure. He basically cut my nails down to the quick. When I told him it hurt he said I should have told him 'not so short'. By then too late dude. He put my foot in the water and it burned my toe. The original lady came over and I explained what was happening. She also said I should have said something. She offered me a 50% discount so I would shut up. I finished up with the man. I Went to pay and I still gave the man a $5 tip. Same lady took my payment and walked off as if I did some wrong! Then she stormed off! Never again

Lien is an awesome nail tech! I’ve been going to her for over a year. Very sweet and so talented with nail art! Everyone seems to stay booked, so it’s best to make an appointment, but they do allow walk-ins.

First time in (as I don't get my nails done very often) everyone was very friendly and accommodating to my daughter and I. I didn't get a picture of her nails but both sets done for us were exactly what we asked for! The time and precision they take is hard work and we left very happy. I'm pretty sure we found our monthly spot for mom and daughter nail dates. I thank you all for being so welcoming and doing such a fantastic job!
