JUST CAME FOEM DRIVE THRU AND I WENT TO DEPOSIT A CHECK AND $500 in cash THE YOUNG TENNAGE GUY “ FORGOT” to DEPOSIT MY CASH TO SAVINGS I WENT BACK AND TOLD HIM AND HE SAID HE FORGOT BEWARE AND ALWAYS LOOK AND SEE HOW MUCH U HAVE IN UR ACCOUNT BEFORE DEPOSITING !! I WILL CONTACT THE MANEGER ABOUT THIS !!! Almost cost me $500!!! He almost ROBBED ME 500!!

I simply wanted to sit down and speak to a representative and go over my options. This apparently isn’t the place for that. I have never had an experience like this at a RBFCU location. Banking doesn’t exempt you from customer service. Blown away by the experience of unprofessionalism displayed today…..

Could not access my 1099-DIV tax form on 1/31 and went to branch. Made excuses that they’re upgrading their systems and I explained this has happened the last two years. I ask for the branch manager who was polite, but couldn’t provide me with the statement to file taxes. I mentioned this is required by 1/31 and said need to wait till 11:59pm. My partner was able to print his 4 days ago. I’m a small fish but shopping for new bank.

Disappointing Experience for a Long-Time Customer
I’ve been doing business with this bank for years, but I’m seriously considering leaving after my recent experience. I run a plumbing company and deposit large checks frequently. Recently, they told me they would be holding a small check until they “confirm” it cleared my customer’s account. When I asked how they’d verify this, their solution was for me to contact my customer directly and have them send a picture of their bank account!
Are you serious? This is completely unprofessional and frustrating, especially for a business that deposits large sums regularly. The lack of basic trust and customer service is unbelievable. I’ve been loyal to this bank for years, but this kind of treatment makes me question if they value their long-term clients at all.
I’ll be exploring other options moving forward.

Every time I try to login to my account, I can never get in it. It’s a freaking circus trying to get things done. I wish you guys to get your act together or I’m changing banks. Plus when I try to get into it you end up locking me out because I have to keep trying to get in. I’m getting to where I hate this bank.

Employees are friendly, but extremely slow. Why have 5 drive thru lanes open with 1 person working them? I've been in line for close to a half hour now. This is the worst RBFCU I've been to. I can't go inside with a sick 5 month old infant either.

Don’t recommend, used to be a great bank, now not so much, they look for any way to charge fees, then they don’t want to help, they are the worst on sending notifications and it seems like it’s done purposely so they can charge fees. When you call customer services it takes a very long time to answer, I’ve emailed them and I will change my review according to how they help me.
