“My wife and I rented a storage unit at the Extraspace Storage facility at 24264 Wilderness Oak in San Antonio, for a year. First, I want to thank Alice for the exceptional care she took of me and my wife. She kept us informed of any issues that came up and was always helpful and pleasant (her customer service is top tier). Second, the convenience of being able to access my belongings 24/7 was great because we needed to take things out and put things in a few times and did so without having to wait for a certain time frame. Lastly, the storage facility was always clean and tidy (which is always appreciated). If we ever need a storage or know of anyone who needs a storage we will be using Extraspace.”
“The Mailing Spot is my go-to for anything shipping-related. The staff is super friendly and they always go above and beyond to help. I had an issue with a return once and they walked me through the whole thing without rushing me. It’s nice to walk into a place where people actually remember you and care. Way better than the post office. Highly recommend!”

I called all around San Antonio, desperately looking for a spot to leave my trailer for a night, and everyone I called just laughed at me. I found Honey Creek RV, and they helped me out. I was able to stay with my family that I have not seen in years. Thanks abunch to Honey Creek. The owner and staff are amazing and kind with a really great facility as well. I can't thank you enough.”

“Brian was most helpful when I made my reservation. Very polite and helpful. I accidentally called the other location and gave my reservation number and they said I didn’t have a truck reserved. So I called the store where Brian works and he pulled it right up.
When I went in there today to pick up my truck, he even got the door and helped me into the truck since I was recovering from a knee replacement. Best place to rent a Uhaul truck.”
