We rented a car hauler for over 2 weeks and paid heavily for it. While in Michigan, we noticed the paper plate expired over a year ago. It shouldn't be the burden of the customer to ensure proper licensing.

You can’t even imagine how many rats will destroy your belongings if you use the storage here. Oh… and if you think their insurance actually covers anything, it will not. They will actually blame you, I wish I was making this up. Apparently the person in charge, Christina, thinks rat infestations are the customer’s problem (she refuses to return my calls and avoids me at all costs since she saw my destroyed belongings). See for yourself in the posted pictures what you can expect after just 6 short months of using the storage units at uhaul on research.

Great team that works here. They were very friendly and professional. I had a tire blow out a couple miles after picking up my rental and they came right away and helped fix it free of charge.If you’re in need of a uhaul or auto repair I would definitely look them up.
