Vicky refused to send out packages. Her employee waited for her to leave the room before telling us to go to FedEx to get serviced and apologized for how we were being treated. Poor lady looked scared the second Vicky walked back in. Horrible experience. Vicky has no right to yell at employees or customers the way she did. She needs to be investigated. I'll be reaching out to USPS about this.

The mail personnel are forever delivering packages to the wrong person and/or address. You can never read the mailbox keys either.

Out of date contract facility. Don't expect modern services.

The Bulverde post office has been helping community members, and delivering ONLY to PO box holders in the area, since the early 50s. They do not deliver to anyone outside that building. The staff are happy to see you and help you find the best method to mail packages. They are limited as to not sending International packages, and cannot give receipts for prepaid packages or print QR labels, due to not being given the equipment from the Federal PO. If you want home-town, friendly, helpful service with packages, stamps, money orders, certified and registered packaged/letters, or a mailbox in the building, visit them and see what "service" means.

This isn't a real post office. They don't provide any post office services past selling stamps, which HEB also does except HEB doesn’t have the audacity to call itself a post office and waste your time. All they do is direct you to “the federal post office” if you need anything more than a stamp. They should shut it down and turn it into something useful like a coffee shop. Save yourself the aggravation and go to San Antonio. You could go to Spring Branch but if you go to SB and something doesn’t t work or is down you are even farther from SA than you were before. Thank goodness 281 is finally open.

When all I need is to drop off a parcel, especially when I already have the shipping and postage attached I greatly prefer this location to the Encino mess. I'll gladly take a 20-30 minute country drive to this location to avoid EP po. However, not much else can be done at this location so there's that.

This is not a “real” post office. They can’t do most things.. can’t even provide a receipt for package drop offs. Can’t provide boxes for mailing. Can’t scan we codes. Basically just come here to buy stamps. Their excuse for everything is “if you want that you have to go to a federal post office”.

This office drivers will steal everything with good value. 90% of what I've shipped to Bulverde, gets lost in the last office which is this one. They mark everything delivered, but they don't deliver anything. Use UPS or Fedex unless you want to donate your product to these USPS drivers.

Small and old post office, lady working the front desk seemed to get overwhelmed easily when more than three people were in the lobby.

Please note the very restricted hours were during COVID closures of many businesses. They have been back to regular hours M-F 8:30-5:00, and Sat 9-12, for over a year. Some non USPS websites still show the wrong hours listed. They were only open restricted hours because despite being able to close FULL TIME, since it is not a Federal post office, the workers did not want to be totally unavailable for customers and agreed to come in and risk their own health to help the neighbors during the pandemic shut downs. They were not paid more to risk that, they were not paid for work hours missed, they did so to help others out.

This is a Contract Post Office so it does not have all the amenities that a larger Federal building has - such as Passports, custom forms, receipts for pre-paid dropped off packages, and Federal workers. It’s been in the community since the 1950s and has been a vital part of a growing area. It was originally in the small gas station across the street, when the gas station was known as Woods’ Store. The only packages delivered there, are to people who have a post office box in that building. If you do not have a PO Box there and received a notice at your home mailbox about picking up a package, please look on the back of it for where that post office is.Since October 2020, they have been back to regular hours, despite what some non post-office websites they do not control, may show:M-Fr 8:30 - 5:00Sat. 9 - 12There is a small Farmer’s Market there Wednesday mornings and some great businesses around the area.Come to The Village! Do some mailing, have some lunch, buy fresh veggies, get a hair cut, enjoy some wine ..... and many other thing! Hope we see you there!

About what you’d expect from a government run business. Apathetic employees and disappointing service.

Post office hours are inaccurate, the location states it’s closes at 5:00pm and the website 5:30pm. I came at 5:05 and there’s no service ☹️
