“I don’t even have enough words (which is rare) to say about how happy I am with my new post office! I have a business that has me going to the post office ALL the time, and every single lady has been a constant delight to work with! I had an item of a personal matter the other day, I called the 1-800- USPS and put in a case thinking I’d never see my package or hear back from the “online” people, but to my surprise the Buna postmaster Mrs Shirley herself called me within the hour! She assured me she was on top of the matter and the next morning she called me within an update. I could tell if my package was out there in the world, she would find it! My item arrived after hours, and Mrs. Shirley still made sure to called me and have her team call me, to put my mind at ease that it had arrived! I’m from a “big city”, and would never have gotten this kind of kindness and care. Mrs. Shirley and her team have made moving to Buna Tx, such a nice transition since the USPS is such a part of my business! Thank yall so much for working so hard for all of us!”
