Truckers, turn into parking lot, turn left and slowly work your way around to the back. It’s a portable ramp you’ll offset into. A bit awkward cuz ramp is close to curb.

Buna, Tx location- I've had a not so perfect experience before at this store but today was horrible! I was there for one item which I called a head and checked availability and price. Also decided to look at some plants that was on sale. The two employees at the registers (both female) could not decide where at in the store said item was located. Inside, outside, who knows but they sent me on a wild goose chase in 3 different locations around the store to no avail! I finally had to ask someone to come out from behind the register and show me. Once we got to the item I ask again for a price check , there were 3 different ones, they were not priced and I wouldn't use it often so I wanted the cheapest. Got to the register and it was much higher than qouted, this happened 3 times ! I finally gave in and paid for it ! Then on to the plant situation, I was told over the phone all plants except trees were 75% off. I ask if crepe myrtles were considered to be a tree or shrub in which she replies yes they are on sale. I get to the plants outside and put 6 crepe myrtles in my buggy when another employee ask if I needed help and I tell her about my previous conversation over the phone in which she begins to become very ugly and disrespectful and starts to tear me a new one saying crepe myrtles are trees and they are not on sale ! In which I tell her thats not what I was told , not only from another employee at THIS location before I came but also at a different location as well. She was disrespectful yet again to the point I decided if I didn't want to have to get ugly back and possibly have the laws called on me I should just probably leave, so I did. Then I decided that the store manager should be made aware of how their employees treats a paying customer. To my surprise (kelly, I believe) turned out to be just another Buna location employee who was almost just as ugly with me and justified their conduct. So I made the decision to travel out of my way to Beaumont for common decency and respect ! I WILL NEVER SPEND A NOTHING DIME IN THE BUNA LOCATION! If it's free Im still not going! The Beaumont location I went to said they hear complaints about them all the time.

Employees are lazy and rude. You have to demand service and you still won't like the BS they pull. Scan an Item with one price, bring it to the counter, the more expensive product. Did they offer to get the correct one? Nope. Walk your Arsh across the store or take what they gave u. Taking our business to Beumont. Buna Tractor Supply customer service sucks. Buyer beware!

Don't have the kids toys out said only do that around Christmas but store in beamount said they have them year round don't understand that one ?

Got to the store 10 minutes early, on 06/22/2023. Josh turned around and walked away and did some weird hand motions at us and then hid himself so we couldnt talk to him at the door. Only reason we know his name is my husband went to school with him. Then the old lady at the register giving us dirty looks. The guy josh was watching his phone when we pulled up standing at the door. Either on it or watching the time. Just go watch your security cameras. How's a business suppose to survive with no customer service.

Buna Tractor Supply Co. is a very clean & organized store. Staff members are super nice & personable, which is actually my favorite thing about TSC!

Always very friendly staff who utilize their knowledge base to help as much as possible. If someone doesn't know the answer they are quick to find another associate who does. I also appreciate when people take you to what you're looking for.
