Billy and Perry were always prompt and polite. We were both victims of bad replacement parts. Each part would fail after a couple of days. Onced we switched to new parts, problem solved. The replaement parts were all covered by lifetime replacement. I was the lucky one here. The unlucky one. Billy and Perry have to file all the warranty paperwork to be reimbursed.
