My windshield looks much better, the repair will prevent it from leaking, and the price was very reasonable. The receptionist was also very kind and helpful. I highly recommend them!”

“I’ve been going to Kyle’s for awhile now and have always had perfect in and out service with my Kia. Today I took in a new to me car. I knew nothing about the regular maintenance that had been done on it. They checked things out for me and I was told I could wait a couple more weeks to get an oil change, instead of trying to get $ out of me. That’s great and honest service that you don’t see often enough. I will continue recommending Kyle’s.”
“If you are having muffler trouble or need any work done on your car, this is the place to go! They are very professional and let you know every step of the process. I originally went there because I thought my muffler was hanging, but turns out it was something else. They fixed up my car for me and it’s driving like brand new! Every person that works there are very nice and they don’t take advantage of being a woman if you’re concerned about that. Their prices are very reasonable and they make sure that you leave satisfied! Everyone check out Miller’s, you won’t regret it!”

On the way to their garage, my Truck died, they brought a battery and got me and my family safe off the highway. Then dropped us off at a safe place while they worked on my vehicle. PICKED ME up, and got us on the road the same day. I can't say enough how sweet and amazing this family garage is.”

“I hydroplanned February 10th 2026 when it was raining(I went too fast around a tight curve) and messed my undercarriage up so bad.. I went over at least 3-4 different curbs in the process...Nobody that I called would even look at my car. I finally called a place that recommended Downtown Wheel Aligment. Got everything scheduled for them to look at my car.. When Marvin called me to tell me what was wrong with it, it broke me. My struts were bent, my control arms were bad, and my subframe/cradle had shifted significantly. He gave me options, but recommended that I call my insurance and see if they wanted me to file a claim. I did. After everything was all said and done, insurance wise. They were finally able to work on my car. And they did such a fantastic job!! They replaced everything, shifted my subframe/cradle back to where it needs to be, and did a front and back alignment on my car... I definitely recommend Marvin and his team to anyone that needs an alignment or any other work done!!”

“This was the easiest buying experience I've ever had! I wanted to compare the new Kia Telluride with a Hyundai Palisade. We visited the Kia store first and told them what our plan was. There was absolutely NO pressure. After driving both, we decided on the Telluride and absolutely LOVE it! Our sales guy, Santiago was so great to work with - a very nice & professional young man. Tim, the sales manager was great to work with as well. I never once felt like I was getting the runaround. He made the buying process easy and completely transparent. And I was pleasantly surprised with the fair value they gave me for my trade-in. I'm very happy with my Telluride and my experience with Grubbs Kia!”
“I cannot comment on their actual repair services, but I can comment on the helpfulness and friendliness of Art at Unique Creations. My husband and daughter were on a cross-country trip and the car started shaking violently around 5:30pm. They needed a repair shop and everyone in town they called for help was closing at 6pm. I was able to get Art from Unique Creations on the phone. While his shop wasn't equipped to fix the problem, he talked with me about my issues and recommended the only repair shop in town open until 7pm. My family was able to get the car repaired and get back on the road that evening. Without Art's help, my husband and daughter would have been stuck until businesses opened the next morning. “If you're car shopping in Wichita Falls, seriously go to Herb Easley on Central Freeway and ask for Mike Miller.
I had been to a ton of other dealerships and talked to so many salesmen beforehand, and coming here was just a massive breath of fresh air. Mike went above and beyond, NOT TO MENTION he was actually on vacation and still came up to the dealership just to help me out. He was super quick to reply, always checked in to see how things were going, and actually took the time to explain all the details about the vehicle so I knew what I was buying. He made the whole process way easier and totally worth it.
The rest of the experience was great too. Michael McDorman made financing a breeze by being super friendly and walking me through the whole breakdown perfectly. Plus, I think with a purchase of any vehicle from there, they have this thing called the Herb Easley Promise, it’s completely free with the vehicle doesn’t add any costs to the purchase and comes with so many perks like $10 lifetime oil, replaces a rim or windshield for free if damaged, and so much more just please look into it.
