My goodness, this is southern style service here. I was here from Md helping to care for our 81 yr old mother who is a shut in. Her car that we drive her in needed a windshield and I was due to leave at the end of the week. I called and Brian and Gavin saw to it that we got it fixed and even helped with transportation since we can't leave our mom alone. I can't tell you how grateful we are and we're so happy they could help as everyone is so busy these days, including them, but they helped us out and we can not give them enough stars here. Their service rates sky high and their work sure matches it and prices were very reasonable.

I have had the unfortunate experience of being in not one, but two car accidents this year. Both times I took my vehicle into Brian's and received exceptional service. He makes the process easy, keeps you updated, and does the work on time. While I hope I won't be seeing him and his staff for quite some time, if we happen to meet again sooner than I'd like, I know I won't be disappointed.

Sooooo glad we used Brian and his crew on our hail damaged vehicle . Perfectionist for sure . We will use these guys again for sure if need be . Dropped my Yukon off for dent repair. Not only did my car get repaired but they detailed the interior and fixed the hatch. Great people and great service at Brian's.
