I’ve been going since December 3rd, last year. According to MyFitnessPal, I’ve lost 38 pounds! Blood sugar is in control and I will find out in December if my RA is in remission! Great coaching has provided the path for me being in the best shape I’ve been in in the last 25 years! All the other people at the gym are always supportive and encouraging! Love it! Come join us!

You don't ever have to worry about feeling out of place. The coaches work with you step by step to get you where you want to be. Our coaches can help you no matter what experience level you are at.

A wonderful place to call a home gym! First rate equipment, and coaches that care more about your safety and progress than how much you can lift or how many reps you can do! Great classes filled with people of every age, size, shape, and ability. No one is out of place or unwelcome!

Never in my life did I think I’d ever try CrossFit, much less LOVE it and hate to miss it. I can’t believe the progress I’ve made thanks to the coaches and other members constantly helping me improve and cheering me on!! What a great family to be a part of!!
