First Bank is a phenomenal and great bank. The team is personable, helpful, accommodating, and very kind, always excited to see customers and going the extra mile for them and the whole community. They are really helpful in times of need, assisting with issues like fraud or overdraft fees. The bank provides lots of great tools to succeed and manage money. While a call to a third party for a replacement card resulted in long holds and transfers, the local branch staff provides exceptional and cheerful service, taking immediate action to resolve problems. This consistent care is why customers keep their accounts even from far away.
This bank is phenomenal and really helpful in times of need I don't know how many times they've helped me out with overdraft fees etc.

Any time I have an issue with my account or card -- which is *very* rare -- the folks at first bank are always, always so helpful, accommodating, and just... very kind. The people here are the reason why I've had a first bank account for over a decade.
