The presoak was just water, the soap was weak the wax only hit the first foot of the truck the protectant was ok and I never get a reciept

It is so much better then before. I know alot of people like the old touch less style of washer, but it just doesn't do as well. After they upgraded the Turtle Hole it really cleans pretty well.
