A few employees are pleasant, others are not pleasant at all making going there a challenge; their ness does not contribute to an otherwise delightful community. Also, some seem to have difficulty following delivery instructions and then their follow-up does not rectify the situation.

Stopped delivering mail to my house without notice, then suddenly came up with a story about one of their workers tripping and falling while doing a delivery, which was mysteriously never reported when IT supposedly happened. Then came up with an excuse about my mailbox being in an inappropriate location despite it meeting size and visibility standards outlined by the USPS. Stacking this on top of missing mail, mail, post for other addresses getting mixed into mine, and the general feeling of unwarranted hostility from the workers makes me fear for my own safety and security when this office is involved.

They all need to be fired undelivered mail, stolen mail, package sent back close it down if you can't do your job

Went in with literally 0 idea of what I needed to do to send items that I sold to people out, and the guy working helped me but he was so short and condescending with every answer. I think I’ve only had 1 pleasant experience at this post office my entire 2 years of living here.

I filled out an online form to have my mail held while we were on vacation, and delivered once we returned. The mail was held, but it was never returned. Since they close early, I had to take off of work to go and ask for my collected mail. They were apologetic, for what that's worth. Recently, I've moved to a different address within Burk. I had mail forwarded to my new address, as did the previous owner. A month later, I'm still getting some of their mail and some of my mail is still going to my old address. Called the number and was put on hold for 56 minutes. Moral of the story is: This is what happens when the Federal Government takes control of ANYTHING.

I have confirmation that a package is sitting at their facility and will be delivered by end of business today, however my carrier did not have the package and recommended that I call the facility since the package was delivered after he left on the route. Customer service inside this facility has always been pretty bad but today was downright awful. Would not even go back to see if the package was there even after showing prove that the package was indeed there. Extremely rude!!!

I've only been in there a few times, but every experience I've had has been unpleasant. Employees are very rude & overall have terrible customer service.

The postal employees are always helpful and nice when I go there. I enjoy going there to mail packages. (Keep up the good work ladies)
