The manager of this location is rude and very unprofessional needs to learn how to talk to elderly people and not threaten them. They lie to their customers about pick up dates and then try to tell the customer it will be their fault if anything happens to it sorry but it doesn't take 6 days to pick something up. Also prices are sky high they were charging over 2000.00 for an 800.00 fridge. Like I said manager was rude threatening and don't know how to deal with older customers beware of this location. Will never recommend this place.

Aaron's in burleson sent two untrained men to deliver my washer and dryer they had no idea what they were doing they incompetent had attitude about changing the door on the dryer for my disability and have cost me problems with my landlord because they ziptied the drain hose to the cold water faucet and caused it to leak they didn't make sure the drain hose was properly fit in the drain ran the washer and flooded my kitchen and loving room them announced it wasn't thier responsibility to clean it up left me a giant mess and I am wheelchair bound. I would suggest if you are disabled do not go to Aaron's in Burleson. Now I am financially responsible for the repairs to the water faucet . I am beyond upset and furious when i tried to call and speak to the manager conveniently he was not there I tried calling coorperate office was on hold for 46 minutes so I have placed this here to bring awareness for other disabled individuals to beware.

I just had a fridge delivered today and I my husband is traveling for work and I am almost 30 weeks pregnant so I asked the delivery guys if they could move my old fridge just out of the way ( I really wanted it on the curb because it doesn’t work and it’s just trash but accepted they couldn’t do that) but I physically could not move the fridge out of the way..well there were 2 delivery drivers and one was saying that it doesn’t matter if I’m pregnant they won’t touch it while the other was like “yeah okay in this instance we could” well the other delivery guy said absolutely not and then handed me his phone to talk to the GM who said the exact same thing and I’m a stay at home mom of 3 kids and almost 30 weeks pregnant and my husband is traveling and I have absolutely zero people to come help me move a fridge and they refused until finally the GM agreed to move the old fridge “very little” out of the way and at this point I was already crying and shaking from being stressed out..while the one delivery guy is scoffing at me and giving me a horrible attitude..I’m sorry but I pay almost $450 a month to Aaron’s for furniture, washer & dryer, and now a fridge I definitely do not deserve the treatment I received today.Pictures included are the condition the fridge they delivered is in. Not acceptable when I am paying $40 a week..or $160 a month…Update: they are coming out tomorrow to replace the doors on the fridge.

Told them to come pick up the couch and loveseat. Told them on Friday to come Monday no call to tell me the delivery driver was out sick. Set up the time for Thursday he said we will call 30 minutes ahead of time no call no show its 140 they was supposed to have been here at one. I'm done with them.

This location is horrible they treated me like I’m not a valuable customer I have used Aaron’s on multiple occasions I got my kids a ps4, kitchen table set, bedroom furniture. The ps4 and table set was paid off I called in to make a final payment on my table set which was $154.14 the manager that’s working at the store now took my payment come to find out he overcharged me for $247.14 I called about the overcharge he continued to say that the payment was 154.14 that was authorized my bank account shows $247.14 after going back and forward about payment I finally went to the store to show the manager of the overcharge he finally showed me my account nowhere on my account showed the $247.14 he told me they would refund me I never received the $92.00 payment that’s owed to me now they want me to make a payment again but my account is up to standards with the overcharge I would keep an eye on your accounts and payments once made because they are taking more money than they are suppose to and covering it up I’m very upset it has been two weeks still no refund manager Aaron is his name employees stealing from your customers

I've been apart of aarons for years now, clean establishment and restrooms. They have some of the newest products, great service and during the pandemic they even offered to help me with my payments so I wouldn't miss a payment.

These guys are AMAZING!!! They went above and beyond for us. We had our refrigerator go out and needed a replacement asap. They found one and delivered the next day. However it was a floor model and they could not get store mode off and we had all of our frozen and regular food on ice but it was going to take 2 additional days to get a replacement. They found one in Granbury and drove out to pick it up a new one and then come to our house and install it. All of our food was saved and the new one is working PERFECT!! Thanks to Aaron and her staff for keeping us from having to waste several hundred dollars in food and sanity! I recommend them to anyone that needs professional, courteous and customer service above and beyond each and every time!

I feel very disrespected and unappreciated as a customer. My account is current and I have made 17 payments totalling over 1500 towards my fridge. I wanted to add a laptop to my account for 85 per month and was told no by the cleburne location. He was extremely rude to me and acted like I was invaluable as a customer. A paying customer should have a little bit of value in my opinion. Name is Jason Skyles

These guys set us up for a delivery twice now and just keep pushing us back over and over if you want the stuff you go there for better find a way to get it home with you or you will have a wait ahead of you

This store has some serious scheduling issues I have been scheduled for a delivery twice now and have been cancelled on and pushed back twice now it's ridiculous and extremely aggravating better take home what ever you get while your there or you will be waiting forever it feels like
