They did not have my choice of oil, so sold me the more expensive one. Although he added a small coupon, it was still nearly twice my usual price.

Ummm y’all didn’t put the drain plug back in my equinox after my oil change and it blew up my engine! So -100 stars! My car was totaled and Take 5 wont admit fault.

Very professional staff. The manager William was awesome and explanatory about what I needed and why and saw to it not only I was taken care of but also my car. He and the Take 5 team were awesome and I would and will recommend to my friends and family as well as any conversation that may arise in regards to car care service.
Thank You William and all the Take 5 Team for seeing to it my Challenger was serviced professionally.
(And the first sign of customer first was the bottle water given to me upon arrival).

William the manager is very helpful and was training the day we were there. William did a great job on explaining why they do the detailed checks they do to the trainee during the oil change. William has a great team at his location.

I came in for an inspection and was treated extremely well. I was first offered a drink (I brought my own but very much appreciated) the man who did my inspection (also did it last year at the location off of Alsbury) was very kind and professional!
