On October 20th I had the oil changed in my truck in advance of my annual Thanksgiving vacation and hunting trip to South Dakota at the Take 5 location on 1632 SW Wilshire Blvd in Burleson TX 76028. The trip was 850 miles. A few days after arriving I got a low oil level alert, pulled over checkd the oil and it was two quarts low. No oil had leaked on my driveway and the tail pipe was clear so the truck was not leaking or burning oil. The only conclusion is I was shorted two quarts of oil. In addition the person who changed the oil topped my washer fluid with water. It had snowed the night before I left after Thanksgiving and temperatures were below freezing for nearly the entire trip. There was a lot of road spray and the washer would not operate because it was frozen making visibility difficult and dangerous. I have since put on a little over 2000 miles and the oil level has remained full. I don't know if I was shorted intentionally, because of ignorance or incompetence but was clearly shorted on the oil change.It gets worse. When I called the location to complain about it I was told to "F" off and hung up on. As a result I will NEVER set foot in any Take 5 location again. I think they are incompetent and without a doubt have absolutely NO customer service skills. If you are a smart consumer you should aviod them as well. They simpley do not care about the customer.

Oil change was fine went quick, but didn't get my tire pressure checked.The following day brought another vehicle in for inspection and was told it couldn't be done because the boss didn't leave the code for the machine..? I asked if they tried calling the boss, and you would gave thought i was speaking Chinese to the tech. Smh.Service: Oil change

Love this place. Had to use full synthetic since they didn’t have half. Very quick, they top off your windshield fluid and check tire pressure. Then they do a follow up for free to check up on it.

The guys were nice but did not do their job asked specifically if the washer fluid and tires were checked the colored guy said yes when they actually didn't check any of it. Poor customer service and dishonesty should be fired on the spot.. I won't be back and discourage anyone from going.......Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

Staff is very knowledgeable. I had oil change and state vehicle inspection. Everything was done in an expedient manner. I like that you can stay in car and also pay from car.

Waited for 20 minutes to be seen while 2-3 worked on another car. I asked to make sure they fill up the wiper fluid and he stated they already had. They in fact did not. If I’m going to pay more than I would have paid at the dealer, I expect things to be take care of in a tomley manner.

Expensive and didn't have an oil filter for my car. Workers were nice and helped diagnose my check engine light.

Take 5 in Burleson. No need to get out of your car. No pressure for services you may feel you do not need. Staff are courteous and offer different discounts for their many services. Just ask.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Take Five Drive Through Oil Change is hands down the best oil change place I've ever experienced, and there are several reasons for this. First and foremost, their speed of service is truly amazing. I've been to many service centers, but none can compare to the way Take Five treats their customers. We used Take 5 in Lubbock when we lived there and have used this one before, but today 9/7/23 we had a bad experience. The guys were interested in lining up cars up but we were first in lane 2 and waited probably 15 minutes before they started on us. All of them were working on the car in lane one. Then I saw something that I think was unusual and that is that they didn’t change the oil filter until new oil had gone into the crankcase. Anyway we got home and now have oil dripped on our garage floor. That is the first time in forever. I am trying to see now what the problem is. Hopefully just oil that had collected on the frame and didn’t drip till we stopped in the garage. Will see. But maybe we will try somewhere other than the Take 5 on South Wilshire.

This location has excellent staff that are knowledgeable and were able to fix a part on my truck that when I had the oil changed last, I didn't know that the last place broke off a piece but didnt tell me! They fixed it too quickly and I really do appreciate them for telling me! Even though there were a few people waiting in line, they kept us updated and still got the job done quickly! From now on, we will always go here and will DEFINITELY recommend everyone to go here!

Not impressed. Not friendly. there was no one there when I went to get an inspection and the three boys that were there sat and talked for 5 minutes as I sat there waitin. they could give a crap about customer servic! won't ever go back. glad was just inspection not oil change!

Jesus and Kelly were great! Walked me through everything and all my options, worked efficiently, and were very personable and friendly. As a woman who doesn't know much about cars, sometimes these types of places make me feel out of my comfort zone, but I felt confident in the work done and will be back!
