Customer service was friendly. However, they are one of the most expensive oil change services in town by at least $20, and that is after using a 15% off coupon. I cannot afford to use them again.

Not the employees fault they are understaffed. One car ahead of me and I sat for an hour waiting for an oil change at TAKE 5. At least it wasn’t 5 hours. The employees done a great job though.

Guys are great. Always in a good mood! Service is top notch! Value is awesome! I've taken 2 trucks this week. Oh no went back with my Jeep and new crew! Just started telling me that since my jeep filter was on top they didn't need to drain from the pan. I want it drained from pan so any sludge or whatever will be removed. Nope sucked out the top! Asked if it was SOP and was told no just there preference so as not to get claims on messed up drain plug. Claimed to already have 3! Wait what? Aren't you trained pros that only do oil? OMG! THIS IS NOT COOL! Had to ask for air in tires! Did get a bottle of water though. Done alot of bussiness here before. Don't think so now!

I called 5 oil change to make a appointment for 7am. When I was on the phone making my appointment I've spoken with a young gentleman who had booked my appointment for a oil change. I asked how much would it cost for full synthetic oil because that's what my car takes. I was told $70+ and with a coupon he was sending me through text meggage will be for $25 off any oil change, so that's when the gentleman said I will be paying around $50 and to use the coupon he had sent me at my upcoming appointment he had booked for me. I looked through my text messages and saw the coupon for $25 off any oil change. When I arrived to my 7am appointment at the location at 1187 fm in Burleson Texas getting ready for my oil change while I'm sitting in my car. I told the technician that I have a coupon for $25 off for any oil change and I wanted to use it. So I look into my text messages to pull the coupon up to find it now saying here's your coupon and right underneath it now it say "OFF" I clicked on it and it did nothing. It didn't even show the $25 off any oil change anymore... it was there earlier that morning and now all of a sudden it vanished as soon as i arrived at my appointment...So to me that was misleading a customer into thinking they are getting $25 off for any oil change just to lour you in. To me that is not good business. And on top of that I was told by the technician that they don't have the oil filter for my car and wanted to send me to another 5 oil Change which was further than I wanted to go to so i wasnt able to get my oil changed at this location. I called back 5 oil change and talked with someone which was from the same call center and told them what all was going on and the young lady I had spoken to took my information and gave me two other locations to choose from and told me that one of the location if not both location will be contacting me to book another appointment and to make sure that location had my oil filter in stock. No one has contacted me back. Just a waste of my time. I will never do business with 5 oil Change due to their false misleading coupons that vanishes once you arrive to your appointment and not having parts for your vehicle in service. ?

They have the nicest workers who genuinely care about your vehical. They gave me some coolant because I couldn't afford it and I knew it was a problem before and went over some potential possibilities. Never tried to up charged me once
