As a healthcare worker for over fifteen years, I have seen and experienced some memorably rude interactions with patients. The behavior of the staff at this pharmacy ranks pretty high among these experiences. If you are lucky, you will get someone who will act outwardly pleasant yet be completely uninterested in helping you. Never before have I had a pharmacy refuse to call a different store to find a place that has my prescription or try to see when I can pick it up. If you’re unlucky you will get someone who is rude to the point of being combative. Borderline abusive to me and the staff at the doctor’s office for a misunderstanding on her part. I would urge anyone to find an alternative pharmacy to use, as this one is among the worst I’ve ever encountered.

Very rude and unprofessional. They hung up the phone on me 5 times back to back! Two different individuals. Definitely should greet with their name and job title.
There are so many better retail pharmacies, do not go here.

Recently the staff at this location allowed three boys to harass a lone woman in her 70s for over 30 minutes after she pleaded to multiple employees for help no one would help her or ask the boys to leave. I will never give this company a dime and i hope they go out of business!!!!!!

Horrible employees who are lazy and will roll your eyes at you if they have to do their job. I have coupons for prescriptions for my diabetic husband that help us save $600 and because they had to enter in 4 coupons I was treated like garbage. Happened today 6:30pm August 1st.

This Pharmacy is absolutely amazing. They are always extremely helpful whenever I come In or need anything. Anyone who say otherwise are mostly likely entitled and rude people. I have seen these workers go above and beyond and watched people attack them. If you want a good pharmacy I say Start here first and try for yourself and ignore the negativity from others.

This has got to be the WORST pharmacy that anyone could imagine doing business with. Both pharmacists Jayson Hensley and Vinodha S are both incompetent and discourteous. They literally provided personal information about me to someone pretending to be me. I have used this pharmacy for over 20 years but the unprofessionalism recklessness is all I can take. Besides the pharmacists, the other people answering the phone are just as bad. Melody for example needs customer service training. Both pharmacists need their licenses revoked! Their mistakes and unprofessional behavior could literally cost someone their life.If you are looking for professionalism and people that take your health seriously check out Best Value West Pharmacy in Burleson. Don't take my words though, compare reviews for both pharmacies and see for yourself! I've been using this pharmacy since I moved to Burleson in 2016. They've always been extremely helpful and courteous. I've had to use other pharmacies during emergency situations and the experiences have always reinforced how fortunate I am to have SaveOn.

The girl was very short with me like in a hurry and not interested in helping me find the best discount because I am private pay. Not friendly at all. I wont be using this pharmacy again.

Unfortunately I have to use savon because my insurance is with them. I will be changing to another store because I'm tired of there rudeness and they don't want to do anything. This will be inconvenient for me. They get irritated when I tell them I found a better price with good rx and they have had the nerve to say it's not cheaper when I'm standing right there with it on my screen. They show know respect or care for there customers.I have a lot of meds and need the cheapest price possible, isn't that part of there job.
