Miss Mandy is an absolute delight to deal with. She got me the best deal on bundling with truck, motorcycle and auto and even with shopping for a new motorcycle she has provided me dozens of quotes even when she knows I may not get one. (Don’t tell her…but I’m getting another one) She’s extremely patient and helpful with her customers and honestly if it wasn’t for her I probably would have switched a long time ago. Everybody here is super lovely and super polite. Unfortunately, they don’t seem to get things done. Over eight months, I had to remind them to remove somebody from my policy more times than I could count. They overcharged me when they finally processed the removal and were unwilling to help. I am not just reluctant to help but also unwilling to even look at the paperwork within the app, implying that I owe them money beyond the value of the policy paperwork. When I asked for an explanation, they stopped replying to me. When I try to call and talk to the representative who is supposed to be helping me, she’s always on lunch.
I attempted to contact Arthur Brooks directly multiple times. He has never responded to an email, Answered the phone, or returned a message. At this point, I am assuming Arthur has been dead for years and is just the face of the company.
I was with State Farm for over 20 years, but only one year with Arthur Brooks. I wish I could’ve stayed with State Farm, but the consistent negligence from this particular State Farm caused me to leave.
Edit: Thank you for reaching out and attempting to get me to remove my review. Unfortunately, I am of the mindset that people should know what they’re getting into, and Google reviews are the number one outlet for finding good customer service. Please put more focus on running your business and less on managing your Google reviews.

Renee Meeks is the agent that I have the pleasure of working with when dealing with our car and home insurance details. SHE IS AWESOME!! Renee goes above and beyond to make sure that everything I have is current and I am getting the very best "bang for my buck". She cares for her customers and I am happy that I am one of them.

As always, Renee was so helpful and patient with my questions regarding my bundled multi-auto and homeowners insurance. With a teen driver, I’m always looking for ways to maximize coverage and the lowest possible cost. I have been with State Farm for many years and the customer service that Renee offers is top notch.
