I got the "best " dentures, they have broken twice in about a year. good thing I had some backup bc it takes a act of god to get some made, bc every time I've gone in they can't repair them so they have to make new ones. never once did they ask me if I had other teeth so I could eat! I'm not one who can eat without them so I don't understand how they expected me to eat ? they cancelled 2 appointments in a month with the last one which I was a few miles (out of 42 1 way ) from the facility! I don't have an endless amount of free time to go anytime of the week! I paid over 3000. for this service and I feel like I'm getting the run around! you can do what you want as far as dental work, I'm sure they get it right sometimes but for me? I'm not going to renew after my 7 year warranty is up. I lost my teeth bc of cancer treatments and it has and still is a pain! just be careful and hopefully you get better service than I have been getting

My experience today went well at Aspen Dental. I was very pleased at how they got me in quickly for an urgent visit and they also used a coupon discount for my visit which I was very happy about. The staff and dentist were very nice and professional. I had one concern and that is the lack of gentleness during the procedures. Visiting the dentist is generally not really pleasant but today the dental assistant and the dentist both had a pretty rough touch. I've had plenty of dental visits in my lifetime so I notice these types of things. I think they were kind of rushed because it was close to closure time. If I have to make a suggestion I would suggest more gentleness during procedures. Otherwise, it went well. They also offer a specific screening for oral cancer with a special device for $30. I've never been offered this type of oral screening and I think it's a great idea.

I absolutely love, love, loved this place. I made my appearance online in pain at 2am! It was quick & easy! I received a call early Morning from front desk clerk! I was surprised people aren't usually so friendly early in the am. But I scheduled a late appointment I went in from the time I approached the desk I seen nothing but smiling faces. Everyone was so concerned with my pain & me feeling better was top priority! My X-ray were made to be easy because she went the extra mile of getting help so she didn't have to cause additional pain! Dr Tariq was very informative & made sure I understood what as well as why I needed certain treatments! I will be back next week as my plan helps me with fees & scheduling! I highly recommend!

I called Aspen Dental to check them out because I knew they were a larger company with several offices. They brought me in and did a "complimentary" screening, for which they then charged my insurance company. They told everything I needed to get done was around $15,000!!So I set up an appointment to take care of one thing. That one thing was going to be $350+ and they said that they required a deposit. So I put down the deposit and went on my way.I started checking around and found a dentist who would do the same things (everything they put down) for literally 15% of what they were going to charge. Then I tried to contact them to cancel, but you can't ever get through to the office there. We'll, they called me to confirm my appointment, and at that time I told them that I had decided to go with another dentist who was more affordable. At that time I asked for my deposit back, and they said that I would have it in 3-5 business days. That was MAY! I still can't get through to anyone on the phone. Still have not returned my money. And because they sent the "complimentary" exam through my insurance, I had to wait six more months to get another one.

SCAM. Read this review and then the other reviews that say the exact same thing. They will claim to accept your insurance to get you in the office and hope that that when you are there, and your insurance is denied, you will just decide to pay out of pocket. I'm not the only one, this is a tactic.I called this office in the morning to verify they accepted my insurance. Please note, I insisted on speaking with the office directly, which took some doing since the appointment booking service wants you to book first and then email the office to verify the insurance.I spoke directly with someone in the office and told them the specific plan I was on. NOT just the provider, but the exact, specific, HMO plan number read directly from my insurance card. They said 'Let me check on that for you' and, w/o the obvious time it should have taken to check, said 'yes'. That should have been a red flag but what else can you do?And so, I cancelled the other appointment I'd booked that morning for the other office that was also listed 'In Network' and drove 30 minutes to this office. When I got there another couple had apparently been waiting an hour after their 10am appointment to get it in. Should have been another red flag but I have a cracked tooth that I need to get fixed. After waiting 40 minutes the receptionist got off the phone with the insurance company to inform me that they were not in network and my insurance wouldn't cover any actual work but I could have my first diagnostic appointment for free. I told her that I'd spoken with someone in their office who told me it me my plan was covered and she asked who I spoke with. I didn't get the person's name on the phone (my mistake again). This is an obvious scam to get people to make an appointment and come in so once they are there and find out their insurance doesn't cover it, they are more likely to just go through with the appointment and pay out of pocket. As a result I lost an entire day that I could have spent in another dentist chair actually getting my problem fixed. This is, quite simply, false advertising and a scam. Nothing will ever happen, of course, because this is what the industry gets away with all the time. I hope everyone working there realizes what they are a part of.

They promise you the world but once you pay your nothing to them. Wish I had never gone to Aspen Dental. My dentures are ill fitting and uncomfortable. They told me to be patient, that I had to give my gums a chance to mold to them, and they would do everything including remarking them if I wasn't happy. They LIED. I have complained but they say since the suction works, they won't do anything. They were too big and did NOT fit from the very beginning, so they just added more material which almost chokes me as my mouth is too full of denture and not enough space to eat properly. Food gets under the denture and I have had to take them out, wash them off to finish eating sometimes. Don't waste your money.

I do not recommend this facility- only as a last resort if there are no other choices. My visit lasted 5 hours. I visited because they consider themselves an emergency dentist on a weekday morning. My dentist has placed a temporary crown which began causing me pain. He traveled out of the state so I was unable to see him. My insurance is excellent so many options were available to Aspen Dental. Instead of replacing the tooth with a new crown, I was told I had to have a Root canal. Then after awhile I was told they were going to have to extract the tooth. They extracted the tooth and sewed it up. Even after all procedures done I developed Dry socket. Because of the trauma of 5 hours of dental procedures, losing a tooth, and needing antibiotics I chose to visit another emergency dentist for the dry socketing and follow up care. Bottom line- I feel that 5 hours of dental procedures is excessive. There was a great deal of pain, shots, and many X-rays. And instead of a crown, or a root canal that somehow they were unable to perform, they extracted the tooth. Now I have to have a dental implant costing between $4500 to $6000. My original decision to visit Aspen Clinic was a BAD decision.

Aspen Dental made me feel super comfortable. Dr. Tariq was super knowledgeable and helped me come up with a plan for bettering my dental health. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful too. Justice, at the front desk worked hard to resolve a insurance issue. Adriana, explained my treatment plan and all of my billing questions. One of the best dental experiences I have had.
