Do not shop here Unethical sales reps. My sister came in and did an upgrade on my account with instructions to not add insurance to my plan as I already have group protection on the account prior to her visit, they still added $17 per month protection on top of my group protection and also slammed Next Up a $6 feature that was not authorized and declined that day. Adding $25 of features to my plan which she clearly stated to not add. Do your upgrades and new lines online so you can place the order as it should be. Useless, unprofessional and Sales Associates need to be held accountable for stuff like this. If this had gone unnoticed on my account this would be $900 in features that weren't authorized over the course of the 36months installments. If you do shop here or have in the past check out your bills as you may have also been lied to.

Absolute worst customer service on the planet. It is impossible to speak to someone on this continent. My internet went down and I ended up on the phone with an Indian call center for an hour. They just kept telling me to turn my router on and off over and over again. Problem never got fixed, they wouldn't send a technician, and I couldn't get an American on the phone. Finally just had to cancel. The Indian lady that took my cancellation order didn't even offer to help when I told her why I was cancelling. She just processed the cancellation!

Terrible experience. They just tell you things to get the sell and don't keep their word. If you have a choice, choose elsewhere. Bad service and careless employees. Good luck

Went in this morning to add a line for my daughter. Ezekiel helped me out and could not have been better! He was knowledgeable and courteous. Great customer service!

If I could give a 0 I would! Went in to upgrade my phone, they told me if I traded in the phone I had (iPhone 7) I would get 350.00 I'm off the new phone. So I did that. One of the service people kept telling me what I was going to buy- placing phone cases on the table. I politely declined and then he walked off and had someone else handle my phone. Well I get an email today they didn't give me any credits for my trade and took my phone. So I will be reporting it. Luckily my mom has the entire conversation recorded bc this isn't the first time ATT has done something like this.
