Service wasn't the greatest everything they gave one quote, and I was paying a lot more. I returned 4 phones, and they said that they didn't grab it. They had me one the wrong plan i call, and they said they couldn't reimburse all the 4 months of their mistakes. I had better customer service with my previous carrier. This was in whilshire Burleson

Bad costumer service
Jacob was so rude , I believe he don’t care about the store reputation . We spend hours to upgrade a phone and we end up just leaving the store

When I got in the office no one was present. I waited it seems like it was more than 10 minutes. A employee came in from outside. He was sitting in a car with the windshield cover up. Couldn't see in when I pulled up next to that car when I arrived. Wow that's not how I would want my business ran.

If I could give negative stars, I would I traded in a phone an iPhone 14 in January to get the iPhone 15 Pro Max. I was told that the 14 would cover the 15 pro max and all I had to pay was for the tax for the iPhone 15 Pro Max, this is from the Burleson store on Wilshire. By some guy Name R Mallory My iPhone 14 that I traded in was never entered in as a trade-in for me to receive credit for the phone. Apparently someone there stole the phone and never turned it in and I’m still paying for that phone the customer service there is unbelievably horrible. The management is unbelievably horrible , four months later, I’m still getting the runaround. I have been up to the store 4 to 5 times. They cannot find the phone luckily for me. I kept the box to my iPhone 14. I have given them the IMEI number four times and they still cannot find the phone , or have they provided me credit to show that the phone was turned in. I was told by the manager that she was going to pull the camera footage to show that I did not leave with the phone and then she would have to give me credit so that way, I’m not paying for two phones That was two months ago now all of a sudden she’s never available and there is no way for me to reach up upper management to have that store Investigated it and I’m still getting the runaround months later. I’m still paying for a phone that someone at the location on Wilshire stole my iPhone 14 never turned it in and no one seems to be doing anything about the situation but give me the runaround about the situation. I have talked to Becca and Ariel several times with no resolution to the issue. I am not going to stop this store needs to be investigated for fraud and theft. I have asked for the district manager info they refuse to provide any authority information. I will have this store and every employee investigated. This has been a four month nightmare.

I live in joshua and choose this store over cleburne. For the reason of the quality of customer service is so much better. Also the environment feels more relaxing and less pressured. Making this comment due to lack of employees. But MAX was on his game taking care of everyone even me. Getting my daughter and me set up with s24 ultras in both the colors we wanted. Very happy yall have max he is a very great asset to your company!

This place has the best employees I've ever seen and would love to use this store more often. Great service and great experience with some great employees who knows how to great and treat customers ? ?
