I live in joshua and choose this store over cleburne. For the reason of the quality of customer service is so much better. Also the environment feels more relaxing and less pressured. Making this comment due to lack of employees. But MAX was on his game taking care of everyone even me. Getting my daughter and me set up with s24 ultras in both the colors we wanted. Very happy yall have max he is a very great asset to your company!

We came to the Wilshire store in Burleson to buy a new phone. Mr Andrews helped us. He was very friendly, helpful and answered every question we had. You need more people like him.

Max was amazing at helping me with setting up my new phone, picking out accessories and had a great attitude the entire time. He was knowledgeable, friendly and made the experience a pleasant one. This is my 2nd visit to this particular location and both times have far exceeded my expectations for customer service.

The best customer service and in ANY store experience I have had in years!! Lane and Max were the absolute best!! Fast, friendly, and exceeded all customer service expectations!! They make AT&T look good!

The customer service we received from Ariel and the rest of the crew was above and beyond. I would recommend this store over a corporate establishment any day. The staff at this Burleson store is the model for excellent customer service.

I recently went to this store to buy an iPhone 14…..the service was excellent, but later on I was very disappointed with Rebeca because she added a line without my authorization, I personally do not recommend this store.

Do not shop here Unethical sales practices. My sister came in and did an upgrade on my account with instructions to not add insurance to my plan as I already have group protection on the account prior to her visit, they still added $17 per month protection on top of my group protection and also slammed Next Up a $6 feature that was not authorized and declined that day. Adding $25 of features to my plan which she clearly stated to not add. Do your upgrades and new lines online so you can place the order as it should be. Useless, unprofessional and Sales Associates need to be held accountable for stuff like this. If this had gone unnoticed on my account this would be $900 in features that weren’t authorized over the course of the 36months installments. If you do shop here or have in the past check out your bills as you may have also been lied to.

Zeke was extremely helpful when I was buying a new phone. He showed me different choices that included the limited characteristics I told him I wanted in my new phone. He made sure that I was knowledgable of the product and cost of the devices I was considering buying. Once I knew what I wanted to buy he walked me through the process of transferring my information and data to my new phone. It all transferred too! :) He was very polite and professional the whole time. Today I came in again to give the store my old phone and Ariel assisted me with ease. She was so authentic and polite. Definitely appreciate this stores customer service.
