These positive reviews must be fake. Do not go to this location! It is not a corporate location so whenever shady things happen corporate can’t fix it. Go to the location on Wilshire. They have screwed me over twice. I lost my phone and the rep convinced my husband that it would be cheaper to get add a new phone line and also get a new phone instead of just purchasing a new phone. Mind you I still had about $180 to pay on my previous phone. These numbers didn’t sound right to me so I had my husband cancel that newline. How is still paying off my phone, paying for a new line and a new phone better than just paying off the $180? Our bill would have went from $234 to over $300. These guys get commission on opening new lines. The manager there admitted she probably knew who did it, as if it’s a procuring problem with this guy. Then three days ago somebody purchased a SIM card at that location under account! How does something like that happen?? We were told since that location isn’t a corporate one that they couldn’t further investigate it and that we’d have to call the manager at that location.

Got a 14 right before the 15 came out. Was told by the manager at that time I could exchange it when the 15 came out the next week. Got my 15 MaxPro and was told the screen protector from the 14, which I bought a couple weeks before, would be moved to the 15. Already had it replaced AT THIS STORE without ANY difficulty, and today was told I can’t do that bc I didn’t buy the one for the 15. It’s associated with the 14… so I have to buy another warranty for this screen… Spoke with the manager on duty today who said they can’t do that… explained they already did previously so, either a) he’s a liar or b) the previous one was…. Either way, don’t trust them after this.
Btw, the first time I had the screen on THIS phone at THIS store, they were so super great! Maybe it’s just this lying guy?? ?

Your employee Miguel, kept doing things on my phone after I simply asked for a new SIM. I even said, I had to go home and call tech support to finish the process. Instead he got clever, messing with my phone more than he should have and locked my phone to its previous carrier, even though it was an unlocked device. I am now leaving AT&T. As is the rest of my family. Thanks Miguel.

This AT&T location is my go to. They have an amazing team. Every time I have been there they are always able to assist with all of my needs even over the phone. Rep Alex and Manager Jessica are very helpful in getting things accomplished. Even the most difficult of tasks including splitting an old 11 line account into 3. Everything was explained in detail and even when I had issues after leaving the store they were able to help me fix the problem over the phone. I highly recommend they were both very professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

Alejandro was an amazing employee! He was so helpful and very personable! Give this man a raise!!! My daughter and I came in with a phone problem and he fixed it right up! Such a good experience!!!
