Usually this place is rude and messes our family bill up.
We still decided to go there anyways because it’s the closest.
Thankfully we did because our rep Tristan was able to fix my phone that was stuck on the apple logo which then allowed me to trade it in and save 1k$ on the phone i wanted. Tristan went to great lengths to make for sure we were taken care of and satisfied with our trip. Which we were. ?

Man I just wanna say that Allyssa really came through today making sure I wasn't screwed over when getting my phone replaced. Insurance people didn't even try to look up my claim before sending me back to the AT&T store and she so effortlessly and smoothly took care of me!

I came in to purchase a $1200 phone. The employee who sold it to us did not ask nor disclose that they were adding insurance and an extra $6 monthly fee (AT&T Next Up). When I got home, I looked up my upcoming bill to be sure it was correct. Those extra charges were there. I called AT&T, and the customer service rep told me this has been a big issue at the stores. He said he can't remove these unauthorized items until 14 days after the purchase. He called the store with me on the line, and the salesman who had done this said it is automatically added by their system, and it's "his bad" that he didn't tell me of all the extra costs. He claimed he couldn't take it off, but his manager Alyssa might be able to. She was not there, but I could call her tomorrow. I called 3 times. They would not put Alyssa on the phone, and would hang up on me, sending me to corporate customer service. Awful store with predatory practices.

The young man, Kiefer, who assisted me was professional, patient, kind, friendly, thorough, helpful and very knowledgeable. My visit there was quick and the best. Customer service matters!

The manager is always such a help , I have needed help with getting a new phone, she assisted me with that , I needed help with my watch , she did that also now I am going to get her help with my iPad .. Allyssa is such a blessing and she always makes sure that we are completely taken care of before we leave. Great job !!

The att store off john jones they give you expect services really friendly I believe young man name is Austin I sure hope and pray that I got young man name right He deserves some kind of recognition
