We needed to make multiple changes to our accounts and we knew it was going to take a while, but Austin and Jonathan were extremely patient with us and beyond accommodating. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and they were able to make the changes necessary to our accounts (even with a couple of hiccups). I will definitely be coming back to see them with any future complications or questions!

Wanted help with transferring data from one phone to another and moving a phone number from another phone. Walked in and all 4 workers are sitting around a table and I was the only customer. They told me they could help me but it would take hours ("Sure, if you have a couple of hours".) because their WiFi was running so slow. Told me it was Spectrum internet (at an ATT store?) and I could probably do it faster from home. Great, thanks for ALL your help.

I went to this store ask if they could help me with a phone transfer... a gentleman started the process, then a lady came out to came out sent the guy to help someone else. She didn't help she messed up my phone. Now I can't answer my or anything the screen stays black, also reformatted my 128gb memory card, come to find out the lady was the MANAGER!!! DO NOT go to this store. Also if you have a problem with the service. There isn't any way to sent comments or complaints...This all happened on Monday the 18th Dec 2023.

very helpful,but they need to have the concrete outside the door to the left that needs Tobe leveled or fixed maybe a caution sign wold be very helpful! Due to I fell and broke my hand and hit my forehead on the concrete and my phone got cracked! but the employees didn't come and help me or ask if I needed medical attention. 2 kind strangers came and helped me and located my phone thank you to them

Two of the nicest kids working there. Keefer was so kind to give me the remedial information since I’m awfully old to be making the switch from android to iOS. I had to come back the next day and I’m sorry to say I don’t remember that young man’s name.This is why I’ve been with AT&T from the beginning. They will go the extra mile to help their customers

We went and purchased 3 samsung s23 ultras and the rep put the sim cards in, but apparently didn't activate them. So, we had to drive all the way back up to the store and have another rep activate our phones. We spent over $3,400 and so needless to say we were extremely irritated ?

Austin at Burleson AT&T on John Jones Road is totally awesome! He was very helpful, more so than other locations. He went above and beyond on helping me. No one would even help trouble shoot my phone , and he fixed it on the spot. And to think AT&T just wanted me to file a claim. I would give him a 10 if it was available. Austin you are the best.

Best store ever. Austin was quick,concise, and very knowledgeable. Took my 68 year old wife in to replace phone she lost. Austin was very good at helping her set up and understand new phone, without being short and condescending like most we have encountered. Thank you, Austin.

Ocean made adding a line and the whole picking it out a phone experience very easy. His customer service made me remember why I wanted at&t in the first place! Really appreciate it

This store, all they can do is open an account and take your money. I opened a DirecTV account & didn't like it so I came back to the store to cancel and return my DVR. The manager was snooty. He said "I can't accept that, it's been taken out of inventory. You'll have to call AT&T." AT&T evidently does not care about customer loyalty. There was no "sorry, what was it that you didn't like. Maybe we have some other services. Let me show you" IT was none of that. They were snobby.

They got me a new phone. A new plan. AND SAVED ME MONEY. Much thanks to the young lady working there named Claudia. She was professional a really nice!
