2024 review: I worked with Travis Willis. He was wonderful. I would definitely recommend him and AutoNation.
Update 2025: I needed additional information on my comprehensive warranty for catastrophic repairs less than a year after purchase. I called AutoNation Burleson and had the misfortune of dealing with an employee named Linda Nelms who was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant.
WARNING: I bought my vehicle for $13k in the spring of 2024, and have spent $7k in repairs by summer 2025. Also, ALSO I had a mortgage (with an immaculate payment history) and a 797 credit score at the time of purchase, but was bamboozled into a 16% interest rate due to the fact that I needed a vehicle under duress/short notice.

Great maintenance visit experience! All concerns addressed and vehicle was washed and vacuumed upon delivery back to me. I didn’t have an appointment but advisor worked it in with only a minimal amount of wait time.

Terrible service. Part was ordered told it would be OK to drive until part arrived. Truck broke down couldn't drive never got a call back took it to Clay Cooley Ford and truck was towed and fixed next day.

If you lease a vehicle through this dealership they will try and sell you packages that protect your car. Be aware of EXACTLY what you are getting. In my instance I was offered a package that covered dents and dings but when I tried to get my hail dents replaced they told me that was not the package I had purchased. DO NOT take their word for it. Ask to see the pamphlets of each individual plan so you know the name of the plan an d whats covered. I just took the guys word for it and I didn't get the coverage that I was told I was purchasing. I'm very frustrated and would give the car back and take my business elsewhere.
