Exceptional customer service Mat and Kip went the extra mile to make me comfortable also always kept me posted and aware of what’s going on and provided me with a loaner and they are very helpful and understanding.

I have never been to a dealership where I have been treated with so much courtesy and respect. My daughter and I both have to use walkers and the minute we got inside before we could sit down we were handed a bottle of water and a cup of ice. If papers needed to be signed they brought them to us. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Service department sucks - left messages and text for 3 weeks and no response.

Took vehicle in for warranty repair. I was told they would call me to let me know when I could leave the car. I traded a car in for this new one a few weeks before so I did not have another car.
Day went by and I heard nothing. I was told they did not have any loner cars.
A week goes by and still have not heard anything. I call my salesman and get him involved. He says he will check.
A week goes by and he calls letting me know I am 31 in line for. Loaner car.
Another week goes by and my salesman calls to let me know I am 30 on the list.
After 4 weeks I call him again and let him know we are starting on 5 weeks. I still have not heard from the Service department.
My salesman calls me to let me know that he has arranged for me to get a loner car.
I exchange my car for the loaner and they send my car to the body shop for the repair.
I now have my vehicle back.
My problem is why did I have to make so many calls when the shop could have just kept me informed.
At first I could not even get information letting me know how long it would take to get the vehicle back.
I paired for a warranty and was told if my vehicle had to be keep I would be supplied with a loaner. What would have happened if my vehicle couldn’t run at all?
Hopefully my next experience is better.

Great service on my wife's 2015 Lincoln MKC. Douglas in service was great. Kept me updated on everything. Ismeal with the valet service was very friendly and helpful with the pickup and delivery of the vehicle. Car looked great when he delivered it to me. Highly recommend their service dept and make sure to check out the valet service. Thanks guys.

I bought a used vehicle from this dealership about a month ago and I have had nothing but bad dealings with this dealership. I have brought my vehicle in 3 times now to have work done to it from the initial purchase inspection. Nothing has been completed the past 3 times, they order wrong parts, do not complete any tasks in a timely manner, and fail to provide timely updates. I would 110% not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. It is nothing but a scam.

The sales and finance dept is amazing.
The service… I had an OIL change appt at 1230. They didn’t get to my vehicle till 2pm and then it was another hour wait.
This HAS TO CHANGE.

Nice advisor and the repair was completed quickly. However the one and only reason I will not give 5 stars is because I could not get an update on my car. I called 2 days in a row and was told someone would get back with me and never received a call.But now that I know what to expect, if that's the only issue, I'll still use them for service.

Well I was surprised when the employee that gave me my receipt told me where my car was .I said the last time they brought my car to me . He said oh would you like me to go get it I told him yea and plus I had 30 yrs on him. I just couldn't believe he actually thought I was going to retrieve my car .when I brought it to yall it was right out front and thats how it should have been when I Ipicked it up . My third vist to Autonations Ford Burleson for sevice was just as good as my first two visits.
Professioinal and courtious service, clear upfront pricing and timely service was all well done.
I am planning to continue to go back for my Maverick truck servicing needs.
