Had great service from Jordan when we rented for a family vacation. He was super nice, knowledgeable about the vehicles and got us switched to a bigger vehicle when we realized the vehicle we had reserved wouldn’t meet our needs. Will definitely be back. Thank you, Jordan!

Man man man. The kid at the front desk is about as useless as a box of rocks. Apparently no one at avis knows how to do a spilt payment. This happened at the burleson store. He called 3 stores than had the manager walk him through it . No one not even the manager could figure it out . All while the line was backing out the door. This kid literally told me I screwed up his day because I did the spilt payment. Excuse me that your ignorant on how to do your job. It amazed me 4 employees couldn't figure it out . Now i have 525 dollar charge put on my credit card instead of spilting the payment like I did online. I've used them in the past and can see why the reviews are terrible. They kid was laughing and making jokes like he had no care, some customers walked off .

Guy at counter kept blaming budget for not having my car there on time. Budget said if I got it that day, they fulfilled their end of the agreement and Im just screwed out of four hours of my day

The guy working there looked high and.had spray paint all over his hands. Had multiple issues including he didn't have a car for my reservation. He kept blaming other people and said he wasn't responsible. Customer support said they weren't responsible. I guess its my fault for expecting any amount of customer support

I'm a frequent Avis customer and this is probably the worse location that I've been to. The young man that works here took 48 minutes to get to me because he kept rambling about random stuff with the people in front of me. At some point when he walked outside to talk to a customer the lady ahead of me said she had been there for over an hour and he skipped her twice. I felt pretty bad... Not sure what to do at that point. Well finally my turn and the guy at the front desk was very unprofessional. He's very lazy and requested for the car to be detailed although we got the car dirty and it has mechanical issues. Car was returned clean and I have receipts but yet He still charged an additional fee.He needs additional training on customer service. Trust me when I say I won't rent from here again.

Do yourself a favor and skip this location.They have a very unmannered Hispanic young man who clearly does not get paid enough. He gives terrible service and interesting enough it's a bunch of young kids working there that don't want to clean cars they asked for you to detail it inside and out even though they give dirty cars out and they smell along with mechanical issues.

Car was very nasty inside smelled like smoke and the jeep had all kinds of issues. Please hire better staff that aren't 18.....

I think I've posted a review before, but the management keeps changing.Nov 2023: Went on a Saturday to pick up a reserved car, and they weren't there (they fired the only reliable worker about 2 months ago). Place was locked up although hours are clearly posted. Had to make other arrangements at the last second, increasing my trip cost by over $600.This place is irreparably broken. They don't answer the phone to confirm availability. They add hidden costs. They aren't reliable. Budget/Avis needs to close this place or move it so someone can actually operate it properly.
