I'm a frequent Avis customer and this is probably the worse location that I've been to. The young man that works here took 48 minutes to get to me because he kept rambling about random stuff with the people in front of me. At some point when he walked outside to talk to a customer the lady ahead of me said she had been there for over an hour and he skipped her twice. I felt pretty bad... Not sure what to do at that point. Well finally my turn and the guy at the front desk was very unprofessional. He's very lazy and requested for the car to be detailed although we got the car dirty and it has mechanical issues. Car was returned clean and I have receipts but yet He still charged an additional fee.He needs additional training on customer service. Trust me when I say I won't rent from here again.

Do yourself a favor and skip this location.They have a very unmannered Hispanic young man who clearly does not get paid enough. He gives terrible service and interesting enough it's a bunch of young kids working there that don't want to clean cars they asked for you to detail it inside and out even though they give dirty cars out and they smell along with mechanical issues.

Alex was excellent. His customer service was stellar. Had to extend car and he made the transition smooth as possible. Will recommend this place.

Car was very nasty inside smelled like smoke and the jeep had all kinds of issues. Please hire better staff that aren't 18.....

I think I've posted a review before, but the management keeps changing.Nov 2023: Went on a Saturday to pick up a reserved car, and they weren't there (they fired the only reliable worker about 2 months ago). Place was locked up although hours are clearly posted. Had to make other arrangements at the last second, increasing my trip cost by over $600.This place is irreparably broken. They don't answer the phone to confirm availability. They add hidden costs. They aren't reliable. Budget/Avis needs to close this place or move it so someone can actually operate it properly.

Those Guys Evan & Berri Are Freaking Awesome They Work Super efficiently and Get the Cars out to me Full of Gas And Clean . Just love talking to them along with their great customer service. YOU GUYS ROCK!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLESave yourself the headache and heart palpitations this place will give you. Zero respect for anyone that walks in the door. Was 3 mins late for reservation and my car was “given to someone who actually showed up on time”. I also watched the man behind counter talked the same way to 2 people in front of me.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Rented for trip the miles stated on office paperwork and in parking lot walk around existing damage report was different. Hmmmm how does that happen ???????Anyhow when returned vehicle requested that inspection of vehicle be done while was onsite and rental agreement be finalized before leaving. Was different employee on return so do inspection and all was good according to employee that was there and receipt was emailed before leaving. All was good ? Two days later got notice that was charged additional $466 on credit card ? Called and spoke with Courtney (very rude and unprofessional) same person who rented the vehicle. I brought to her attention that mileage over charge was wrong and that the miles was stated wrong originally and that I had taken picture of mileage and lap set trip odometer prior to leaving with vehicle. She then got rude and asked for picture that had of mileage. Also asked her why two different mileages on walk around damage inspection from kid who did it outside and her paperwork originally given from her inside. She said more than likely just a mistake and people make mistakes. So I asked that she look up car with Avis car # which identifies the vehicle I rented to check previous miles that was documented on its return before me and she would see that the miles was incorrect she was charging me on overage. She denied to look at records on vehicle and was asking for picture of miles I had taken when took possession. I denied her rude request and called corporate and was refunded the over charge. Also had recorded conversation with Courtney and her rudeness. In conclusion I would recommend Avis car rental however NOT this location go ahead and go out of way to another location. Hopefully all will not use this location and they can eventually close it down or Avis can make some corporate decisions to get it right!Sorry forgot to mention had foul smell inside vehicle and windows and mirrors was so smeared was hard to see driving with sunlight. Had to clean all windows and place air fresheners inside prior to trip. I also had detail cleaned prior to return.

Courtney was the Bomb! Her and the whole staff is fabulous! They have cars (unlike the rude Enterprise offices), she went above and beyond, friendly, and accommodating! Easy in and out!

I can see if I was out here looking suspicious but I was just sitting in the car waiting and talking on the phone to my sisterI didn’t (and won’t) do business with this place especially nowI’m currently (at the time of this review) sitting in my car waiting on a friend to show up and drop off a car2 females (one black one white) from inside come to my car asking if they can help me I said no they wanted to know if I was waiting on someone I said yes what’s the problem this is a parking lotI wouldn’t recommend this placeCan’t even say they’re racist but they were ignorantApparently I showed up before my friend and they had a problem with itFor the record, If I was suspicious looking, the burleson police department was right across the street
