My visit was 5-11-2025 Mothers Day/Sunday and this 5 star review is brought to you bcz of BRENT (I hope I remembered his name right! 🤦♀️). Customer Service is pretty much non-existent anywhere u go these days, but I was pleasantly surprised when I came into the store- was promptly greeted, the dude asked if he cud help me, I only explained ONCE, was checked out and happy all in about 10 minutes. It was a MIRACLE right there on Wilshire Blvd. I had purchased a really cute lamp fir my mom on Temu. It came without a bulb and almost zero info on the kind I needed to get! BRENT understood and brought some over that he even TESTED for me (I had brought the lamp base into the store) made sure they fit- it was an awesome experience that I wish I cud get everywhere else I go. Sounds like I'm exaggerating but u have NO idea how my day to day interactions with employees at other establishments have changed from rude to repulsive over the last few years. Batteries Plus- please appreciate this man & ur employees who do good CS- I have missed being treated like a human for so long now. Thanks Brent for making the experience @ ur store 5 STARS. ✌️

Came here after another location put a battery in my Note 20 Ultra that wasn't holding a charge and Burleson was the only location that had a replacement battery. I arrived 1 hour before closing and Chris had me out in 45 minutes. Not only did he replace the battery quickly, but it was great conversing with him while he worked, though I told him I hope I wasn't distracting him.
Great Customer Service with a smile. If I ever need something repaired and they have the part, I'll be returning to this store.

Employees have always been great but the battery was not.
Bought a $300 X2 battery for my truck thinking it was going to last longer than the OEM or Walmart. Wrong. 4.5 years and dead.
Figure for $119 at Sam's with a 3yr warranty and if I have to buy two of them still ahead after 6yrs.

This is the second time we have had to wait after the stated opening time for some to show up to open the store. Not a good way to run a business.

Called to inquire about a key fob for my vehicle. I provided make, model, and year. I was told they would need to order the device and they can program it but I'll need to come in to place the order. I drive up there to place the order and now they tell me that they actually cant program the key. Not sure why this couldnt have been stated over the phone instead of telling me a lie and making me waste time and gas. They will never get my business going forward.

This place has been my "go to" for all things batteries for a few years now. The customer service and product selection can not be beat.
