This is the best pharmacy in Burleson!! Everyone is so pleasant and FAST!! The most you will have to wait for your prescription to be filled is 10 minutes. The one thing I would like to see is for them to be open an additional hour, they close at 6 so it can be a challenge to make it after work.

Best Value West Pharmacy – The Crown Jewel of Burleson
I will never understand why people waste time at big-box pharmacies when Best Value West Pharmacy exists. This place is a treasure, a diamond, a pharmacy fit for royalty—and trust me, my little girl knows it.
Every time we roll through the drive-thru, the amazing staff treats her like the princess she absolutely believes she is. They give her suckers, shower her with kindness, and turn what should be a quick errand into her personal meet-and-greet event.
The service? Unmatched. The prices? The best around. No insurance? They’ll still find you the best deal. And now, they’ve got Mavwicks in stock. That’s right—Mavwicks. As if they weren’t already perfect.
I will forever sing the praises of this place. Five stars. Endless loyalty. Best pharmacy, hands down.

We found Best Value West and it was the best change we could ever make!! In the past, we have always used big corporate pharmacies and we had several issues with medications being out of stock, long lines and wait times, and poor customer service. After switching to this pharmacy, we have had zero issues and the staff is always friendly and willing to help. They continue to make us feel welcome each time we stop by. Always quick whether we pick up at the window or in-store. Thank you Best Value West!!

I have been using this Pharmacy for 10 + yrs and have not had even one complaint I believe that , that alone speaks for itself, the most friendliest staff at all times ❣️

Just the nicest place. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, speedy fills of prescriptions, and they save you money as best as they can. Also, they have some really off the wall stuff in the aisles. So, if you need it and it isn’t anywhere else, it’s probably in their store.

I wish I had used them sooner as my pharmacy. I’ve hated a certain name brand pharmacy for years due to their customer service but didn’t realize I had other options. Well said big brand pharmacy has had my diabetes medicine on back order for 3 weeks and offered no help. I found out they had my medicine in stock, and I decided to transfer all my prescriptions to them. They had my medicines refilled so quick I didn’t know what to think. The big brand pharmacy took hours….I will never go back’ and am so happy I found West Pharmacy!

Best Value West Pharmacy staff is wonderful! They are always helpful, kind, and courteous. I don't like going through the drive-through as it can get quite long. When I go into the pharmacy the service is always quick and helpful.

West Pharmacy is the best! They are on top of it. Very fast and friendly service. Nothing like the chain stores. Much more personal and you can actually speak to someone when you call instead of the never ending hold!

I’ll be transferring all of my prescriptions to here. They care about your health. You won’t get the impersonal mega-corporate treatment. They answer the phone, you’ll actually talk to someone. They’ll do what they can to help you. So you have a human being to talk to instead of an endless menu. Plus their prescriptions are well stocked. You’re not as likely to hear “we don’t have that, it will be ordered. We’ll have it in 2 to 3 days”. Which is not what you need when you’re in agony.
