My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was a great bonus some hot food and other breakfast options. The location was convenient because we used the highway a lot for travel. Staff was kind only complaint is on our floor (3rd) the carpet seemed to have a slight odor.

The place is NASTY and the “manager” is HORRIBLE ! The water was off for SEVERAL hours on a Sunday morning for a water leak. We asked for water bottles to at least brush our teeth and wash our face and they said , sure for $2 per bottle. The manager offered a HEFTY $20 discount on our stay for the inconvenience, what a joke. They hike the prices for baseball tournaments (understandable) and they can’t give back more than $20 . WHAT A JOKE. The manager does not care about the guest or how his staff treats them. This is an old hotel that needs new management and staff. Corporate CANNOT AND WILL NOT HELP!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!

We’ve stayed here a few times and will probably stay again. We travel for football. The rooms are always clean and beds are comfortable. The breakfast is average but saves us from spending money eating out. The staff is friendly and location is a little private which we like too.

Great rooms, not so comfy beds but adequate, good breakfasts, decent hottish-tub but could be hotter, noisy vent fan in the pool area, and they must keep the rail crews isolated because it was a pretty quiet hotel all four nights that we were there.
The good - Leslie was extremely nice and helpful, and there are good restaurants within walking distance.
The bad - noisy fan in the pool area, parking is swallowed up by the railroad crews, not easy to find if you're not from the area, and the HVAC units do not have a constant fan option for white noise when sleeping.
BW+ hotels are still not as nice as HI Express or Hampton Inns, but this was one of the better BW+ hotels that I've stayed in.

The hotel itself was good, room was clean. I’m giving 3 stars because when we checked in the front desk lady, Amanda I believe, was EXTREMELY rude to my husband. Twice. She intentionally laughed at him, two separate times, to make him feel stupid. We didn’t know the key cards didn’t work if someone locked it on the inside, and when my husband went to ask about it Amanda laughed at him throwing the card back stating”Let me guess, you tried using it while locked on the inside.” We travel for a living and were very disappointed to be treated this way by a Best Western employee.

Upon arrival, we found out booking screwed up my reservation and changed me as a no-show for the day BEFORE my arrival, cancelling my actual dates reserved. ?
Leslie handled EVERYTHING once she realized what happened. She upgraded my room and had the charges reversed by the next morning.
Excellent customer service ?
We will definitely be there on our next trip to Burleson.

Very friendly staff. Front desk very responsive and kind. Very clean hotel and rooms were very clean and smelled good. A/C worked great!! Highly recommend.

This has become our go-to location to stop at while traveling in Texas. The rooms are clean and the area is quiet. They are also pet friendly, so it is perfect when traveling with our furry family.

De passage juste pour une nuit, un souci de réservation mais les deux personnes à l'accueil tardif ont été d'une gentillesse et d'une efficacité au top. Merci à elle, nous n'avons pas leurs noms mais c'était le soir du 04 mai 2024?.
Chambre propre, petit déjeuner simple mais bon et du personnel sympa qui répond à nos demandes avec gentillesse.
