We were phone shopping, and Boost was our 4th stop. We were welcomed right away. The salesman allowed us to look around, and then he answered all of our questions. He told us about some really affordable phones and plans. We did get our Boost phone.

My husband had bought a phone earlier this year, meanwhile a week later it crapped out on him then and we tried everything to get it fixed and nobody ever resolved the issue. We’ve been with Boost Mobile for at least 5 years and they have the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. We switched from Boost Mobile to another carrier and so far we are loving it and have had no issues.

Had great experience switching service from T-Mobile to Boost. Love my free phone that I got (Samsung A23)!! Shout out to Sam - he was great with all my questions and getting everything transferred over.

I feel that customers who have been loyal for over 10 years should be able to receive any deal that new customers can receive. And I think your clerk needs more training, he particle did the setup and I had to figure out the rest myself and be charged $35 for activation. Felt like I totally got ripped off

Went in to buy new SIM card for my Android. Came out with new iPhone, case, & knowledge. The 2 guys (men) working were very nice and informative. They made me feel comfortable and happy with my purchase. Got a great deal on phone package.

I came here to get my phone working but ended up getting great deal on the phone.eric and harsh are great people.very knowledgeable and helped me move my stuff from my old phone as well and gave me a great deal on case and a screen.thankyou guys
