So apparently, Boot Barn does not believe in customer service. They have poor return policies management refuses to speak to customers on the phone after I spent over $600 on two pairs of boots. Needless to say I will never spend another dime with Boot Barn, especially at the Burleson location, get better management

If you buy work boots make sure you bring a water bottle to see if they hold up. $300 thorogoods and can't exchange for another pair it’s pure BS, had my original receipt and gave them a good clean. Also only wore them half day, thank god I had my old pair (same style, had them for half a year no problems).

We worked with Ms. Jacque while looking for boots for my fiancé’s wedding day outfit. She was super helpful at helping him narrow down the sizes and explaining the way to break the shoes in.

First thing is the smell of leather is mesmerizing when you enter the store. The staff is super attentive and welcoming. The store is organized and great deals when you can find them. Thank you, Daniel for re shaping my hat and cleaning it and also for recommending the exotic boot cleaner for my Gator boots.

I went in to purchase my first pair of western boots and had the pleasure of working with Richard. I showed him the boots I found online but they didn't have them in stock. I was bummed! I asked him if I could try on a pair by that manufacturer to see how they fit. He found me a pair and it just so happened to be the exact pair I was looking at in another color. Apparently, I was supposed to get that color. I liked it better than the one I chose. Thank you, Richard!
