I visited the parking lot sale a few weeks ago and Cheryl's customer service was great! Cheryl helped me pick out some pillows for my friends and they loved them! Thanks for the great customer service! I will definitely be back!

Was quoted a price and they would not honor the price 30 minutes later. Spoke directly with the owner, very disrespectful. This is not the way we do business and don’t feel like anyone else would want to either!

This place is amazing! You should definitely check it out. They have a wide variety. All the staff is extreamly friendly and helpful! Yes these photos are of rocks... but that's what really got me! But they have soooooo much more!

Terrible customer service And terrible product! DON’T BUY!!! Spoke to Cheryl to let her know that their cow hide wine totes didn’t fit any bottles of wine we had. I bought 9 of them from the Houston Nutcracker for $200+ dollars for our close friends. She told me that I needed to buy a smaller bottle of wine. I told her that I had tried 10 standard size bottles of wine and none of them fit. She didn’t care. I told her that I really wanted to make this work, but if it didn’t , asked if they would take them back. She said that there were no returns and was quite snippy about it. I asked to speak to the owner and she told me they were out of town and wouldn’t be back “any time before Christmas”. I will never buy from this company again and will advise all my friends and anyone who will listen to STAY AWAY from this rude company!!
