Ive been a customer of this pharmacy for 2 years. I can say so many good things about this pharmacy. I’m so so very thankful from the bottom of my heart.for the team & Dr K no matter where we go for work they make every effort to get me my medication in a very fast manner!! I take meds for chronic pain alongside of some others that are very important that I need on a daily basis
I’ve had 3 back Surgeries & now menopause while traveling w/my husband for his job. It’s very challenging at times. I’m terrible at remembering to call meds in & this pharmacy actually reminds me!!Burleson Pharmacy has truly been a life saver for me!!! I highly recommend them to everyone!!

Can't recommend. Started going here bc it's local. But every time my husband gets his Rx filled, something is wrong. (5 times, so not a coincidence.) The people are very nice, especially Ryder, but It appears the 2 pharmacists do not communicate and / or they are not consistent / stay organized. Ex. They can't find it. They only filled half. They can't find the other half, etc. And, they say they will call or text. No one ever does. I call and leave a message, doesn't get returned. We will take our business elsewhere.

Well, I have been using Burleson pharmacy every since they were recommended to me by a staff member at Hughley hospital. 2 years ago. I join the rest in saying that Dr K and her staff, Madeline & Mary are the absolute best! They are fast yet they will give you all the time you need. Very friendly and Extremely knowledgeable in all my family's pharmaceutical needs, including myself.
I am 72 years young and have lived all over the US and I have done business with alot of Pharmacies so I feel like I am qualified to give this feedback.

The entire staff, especially MK, Madelyn, and Mary are the most genuinely supportive, kind, and caring people I have ever met, especially in a pharmacy setting. Their customer service is beyond what is normal now days. I highly recommend Burleson Pharmacy to anyone looking for a calm, serene, and never chaotic environment, as well as quality medication and excellent, unbelievably fast service and they even deliver. They have gone above and beyond to help me every single time I contact them. I feel important, cared for, and sometimes like I’m the only patient they see. 10 out of 10. I will never use another pharmacy for as long as I live.

First time using this pharmacy. Pharmacist was very nice and professional. Service was quick. Very friendly atmosphere. This will be my forever pharmacy!! Would highly recommend this pharmacy to family and friends!

This pharmacy is amazing! The employees are professional, and friendly. My work schedule makes it difficult for me to get my medication when I need it, and somehow, they always find a way to make sure I get it. I truly appreciate it, Burleson Pharmacy! Y’all are a blessing!

Dr. K and her staff are amazing!! We used to use Walgreens Pharmacy, and there is no comparison. Burleson Pharmacy has the very best customer service we’ve ever received from a pharmacy, and they’ve become family to us. My son has special needs, and on multiple meds. This is the first pharmacy that takes the time and attention to make sure we have exactly what we need and service is always fast. We moved 45 minutes away, but it is worth the drive, so we are staying with them! I highly recommend!!

They truly do go over and beyond to take care of their customers. I would recommend them to anyone. When one of my medications was next to impossible to get because of shortage, they did whatever they could to make sure I got it as soon as possible. I have never had a pharmacy go to the lengths they do to take care of their customers. I highly recommend!!

Unfortunately I didn’t get the names of the people who worked there. The young man who initially helped me was wonderful and polite. He’s the only reason I’m not giving this establishment one star. The woman who worked there was rude and gave the impression that I was an inconvenience to be shopping there. If you do decide to shop here try to avoid woman and deal with helpful young man if you can.
