I had water damage on my iPhone. It was in an endless loop of trying to reboot. Neither Apple nor Best Buy would even try to fix it. I was about to lose all my data. Within an hour Gretchen at BURLESON iPhone repair had my phone rebooted and was backing up the data. She saved me an incredible amount of heartache and trouble through her efforts. I recommend this business highly!

Gretchen was super helpful with all my iPhone questions, she looked at my problematic phone and gave me great suggestions. Highly knowledgeable. We have used this company many times for my 12 year olds iPhone screen repair and they did a great job!

Got an iPhone 11 Pro fixed not even 45 days ago, saw a review not too long ago and the same happened to us. The phone was glitching badly, flashing a lot and the front desk then says there’s physical damage when there’s none. Smells like smoke all the time and they do not go by their word at all. Also over priced as well. Would not recommend.

I must say I was a repeat customer first experience was great. However after last experience will never return. Took an IPad in for battery replacement. Was originally told 2 to 3 days and would call me when ready. After a week and a half no contact from store. Went in to check on IPad, person in store had to call owner who apparently is the only one who works on IPads. Was basically told the owner had not been in and was uncertain if parts where is as well. After another week called again and was told owner had not been in to work on IPad and didn’t believe parts were in. In both cases where I contacted the store I asked why can’t it just be communicated to me what is going on, and reasons for delays? At no time did I feel my business with this vendor was appreciated nor did I ever feel like a valued customer.I will not return, nor will I recommend them in the future again.

They were quick to fix my cracked screen, and I even bought a protective case and screen protector from them, which they installed when they fixed my phone. The guy even tells me, “bring it back in if it starts glitching.” Less than 45 days later, my new screen is glitching, making my phone almost unusable. I take my phone and the receipt to them...guy spends 10 minutes looking at it trying to find a reason not to fix it...uses special lighting and has to search really hard...then he miraculously finds a microscopic something that disqualifies him from honoring his work...such a shame. I thought this place was reputable...terrible customer service.

I don’t not recommend Burleson iPhone Repair. I took my iPad on Sunday May 10th to repair a cracked screen. I was told that the owner is the only one that works on iPads and he would be in Monday or Tuesday to work on the iPads and get them done. I was told there were 2 iPads in front of mine. I called Wednesday and I was told it was not ready yet but they would call the owner to get an update. I never heard back from anyone. I called back on Friday and spoke to a young lady. I was told the same thing and I never received a call back like I requested. I called today Sunday May 17th and I was told the same thing yet again...that my iPad was still not ready. That the owner has multiple businesses and is very busy and has not had time to work on my iPad. (How is that my problem or my fault?) Within 7 days I received no communication from anyone at Burleson iPhone Repair, even after I requested an update and a call back twice. So I asked for the owners phone number. He told me a completely different story. That he worked on 7 iPads during the week and 3 iPads he had defective screens for so he had to order new parts for them, that my iPad was ‘probably’ one of those 3. He said the parts he ordered are coming from China and they could take up to two weeks or longer. Again, none of that was reported to me. AT ALL. The owner told me I had two options, wait 2 weeks or more until he received more parts from China or just pick up my iPad. This place has a horrible customer service and horrible communication skills. Save your self time and a headache and take your devices elsewhere!!!

Went in for a screen repair, and the shop accidentally broke my home button. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Owner offered me a 50% refund and a personal apology. (Even though I signed a liability waiver and he was under no obligation to do so.) I highly recommend coming here for all phone repair needs.
