Food is pretty good. Wouldn't want to eat it every week because of being fried except for some of the vegetables. The problem I have with the Burleson location is that they seem to always be out of items.

Not sure if they did a change in chicken cause the chicken never used to be tenders So the food was nasty service was great i still like Captain D's but not the Burleson location.

Very dissatisfied to say the least. Bought 2 4 pc meals with okra and extra hush puppys and 2 large drinks on 2/11 around 7pm and was rushed through the drive through and upon trying to eat my food I had cold hush puppys cold okra and very greasy fish that had seemed to be sitting out a while and not fresh. I went on 2/12 with my receipt around 30m to speak with someone about my issue and the staff did not know what to do, apparently the manager had just left so they called him and told me that I would need the food. I asked if they would like for me to dignit out of the trash can and guess they thought I was lying. I went home dug what I could out of my trash can and gave it to them, receipt bag and nasty food, all they could do was refund me 10$ I paid 32.40 for this horrible meal that my family could not eat. Why would I pay 32 dollars for food I had to throw away? All I was wanting was fresh food and they treat me as if I'm a liar, the person behind me had a problem with his food as well I'm sure he didn't get a fresh meal either. I work hard everyday for my money and they want to treat me like this, my mistake won't be back, 4 yrs and never a problem and now that I have a problem they do this. Very shameful no integrity no responsibility for their actions and rhe audacity to give me old food that I paid 32 dollars for. I'm beyond words and very dissatisfied and disappointed I highly recommend you don't go here they do not have good customer relations and do not care to hold themselves accountable. Burleson location ? just pitiful

Just left this place never have I tasted fish like this and been coming over 20years...idk if it's the batter or whatever but the consistency is not there I stopped on my way to drop my son off and decided to stop and ended up getting the worst food ever I'm so disappointed...on duty manager need to make sure these things are corrected before selling food??

Fish was OK, hush puppies had No flavor. The chicken was really good which I was surprised, I expected the fish to be much better. The service was good, ppl was friendly.

We ate at Captain D's this weekend, Restaurant and seating areas were very clean, and quiet. Food was on par with past experiences at Captain D's, I ordered the fish and shrimp plate and it was good.
