I was driving and encountered one of their school buses. It was bus 14. The driver of said bus was driving very erratically and not using any turn signals. They were swerving in and out of traffic going well over the speed limit. Almost hit my car and several others!! Luckily there were no kids on the bus. If there had been I’d be worried about their safety. This needs to be addressed immediately. I would not want my child to be transported by this daycare after seeing what I saw today. And just because there weren’t any kids on the bus doesn’t give an excuse to drive reckless. If you are going to provide transportation for your daycare. There are certain standards that should be set and followed.

I 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND this specific location. I'm currently going through a divorce and recently the protection order my ex wife filed was denied, shortly after that I get a knock on my door and find out Heather riley and donna Patterson filed a criminal trespass against me. I have tried to contact them regarding the issue and have emailed both of them proof that the protection order was denied and repeatedly called and both hung up on me and yet they refuse to provide me access to the daycare app or to even see my son. I don't know where they come off believing that they have any legal authority to keep my son from me while there but now I'm speaking to Heather riley and Donna Patterson directly, you know that you're wrong for this and I have recorded and documented the whole situation and I will be filing a lawsuit against both of you and childcare network for repeatedly violating my parental rights and for retaliation for blocking my access to see updates on the app and when the day comes for custody court I'll do EVERYTHING I can to either have you both arrested because you are breaking the law or fired because clearly you both have done this before and unlike others i WON'T allow anyone to illegally keep my son from me. To other parents I know for a fact the teacher's there abuse the kids due to inside knowledge so if your child says that they are believe them 100% because Heather riley and Donna Patterson will do anything to cover things up and protect themselves.

My little one has been going to this daycare for about 2 years. I take comfort in knowing she is well taken care of while I am at work. I especially love that everyone addresses her by her name when we enter and leave the building, even if they are from different classes.

My daughter goes here and loves this school her toddler teachers are amazing and since I live right down the road so on my breaks I swing by to see how she's doing and I love the fact that classrooms are monitored so I can feel assured my child is looked after and protected!!!!

Ms. Heather and her staff are great. My son has been going here for 5 years since he was 10 weeks old and he loves it.

If it was up to me I would give this specific location ZERO stars , I wouldn’t recommend sending children here if your looking into child care both of my children attended this place and I have been dissatisfied within the last year in a half. Let’s start with HEATHER RILEY the DIRECTOR she is not a people’s person she tries to talk like she’s so KNOWLEDGEABLE and don’t know anything about childcare
She hires theses lazy staff that don’t have the decency to clean a 1 year old nose, it stinks horribly bad they don’t sanitize (my kid is always sick)She claims my 1 year old is aggressive oh suddenly! after covering up her employees of my 1 year old son getting a BLACK eye never got the real story or seen the video that she was supposed to show me that matches the story that was “made up “to what really happens to him. She never tried to reassure me on it either instead she sends someone to talk for her .Glad I got my kids away from this place MY SON WOULD CRY LITERALLY WHILE DROPPING HIM OFF hope they learn structure soon and actually provide the kids/babies with the Quality of care they deserve.

I was very skeptical of any daycare for my 7 month old, but the ladies here made it a very smooth transition! They are very kind, attentive, and truly care about your kiddo. They communicate well and made me feel very comfortable to leave my baby with them. I really love the security features here as well as the app where I can check on my child any time!

DO NOT send your child here. My 3 year old was coming home to me everyday saying that her teacher hates her and is always mean to her. I didn’t really think anything of it. After a while I called and expressed my concerns and was assured that my child is going to be placed in another classroom. About a month later I’ve got a phone call stating that the same teacher forced her hands around my child’s neck and the incident happened 3 days prior!!!! But long story short this place isn’t safe for your little one.

My granddaughter has been going here for almost a year. The director and admin team are welcoming and willing to help any way possible. In the short amount of time my granddaughter has been here, she's learned so much. She started walking here, she's working on talking and so much more. Even small sign language skills which is a plus!
Such a good investment in her learning for her to go here.

My two Grandaughters attend here and we have not had any issues with this daycare. Very caring and friendly staff. We feel safe leaving our precious girls here.

This daycare has an Amazing, kind and loving staff that have gotten to know my daughters and love them as their own. My daughters have attended for almost a year and I love the peace of knowing the teachers and directors take care of them so well. The teachers have great curriculum and my daughters 3 & 4 have learned so much with in the year.

If only I could have listen to my bf or seen previous reviews before trusting this center with my child ! I was in the rush because my job gave me within a week to find childcare, this was the biggest mistake. I should have went with tiny tots smelt better and the center was very knowledgeable.! My daughter has never been sick since going here! The staff the act clueless when you ask them something! I can’t even work because the staff choose not be clean about things I had to write notes telling them how to take care of my child. When you pick your child the kids nose are always running, or the staff is just sitting around. I’ve worked at a daycare before and how the parents sent the kids is how they are returned to parents. My child has thrush and bacterial infection this is heart breaking because you would think your leaving your child in good hand! She can’t even keep anything down it’s been since she started if I could give this center 0 I would hopefully after seeing this review they will hire better staff and deep clean that building ‼️‼️‼️‼️

Our son absolutely loves it here. The staff is great and our son is friends with every kid in his class. The kids all give him hugs when he arrives and when he leaves. He has never cried when we drop him off, if anything he'll get upset that he has to go home and leave his friends for the day.
Highly recommend this facility if you're looking for child care in Burleson.
