I don't write reviews of ANYTHING but.... I took my 2011 Ford Fusion in for them to look at the front suspension. They kept me informed of everything that was going on via Email and texts with pictures of the issues. Never in my life have I had this level of communications. I've got to say, I'm blown away with the communications. It's the way I would do it if I was in business.
Now for the repairs, the repairs were done quickly and, while I have not driven it much yet, the problem appears to be fixed. I really like this place and while I rarely take my car for repairs, if I need to, this is where I'll go.

This place really went to bat for me with the extended warranty company. They were friendly, professional and efficient. They communicated with me regularly with updates. They finished my repair in a few hours. I will use Christian Brothers for all of our automotive needs.
