Dropped off car to have two windows replaced after they were busted out. Prepaid for service. Called to confirm car would be ready, but they never confirmed. I live out of state, so did not go pickup (paid for car carrier). They claim that one of the windows was busted out again by someone who doesn't like me. I find that highly unlikely since I live 3 hours away. Take your business to a reputable body shop.

I had work done by them a few years ago. My experience with the customer service there was miserable. The owner was the rudest most inhuman boy I have ever met. No one ever had a straight answer they operate their business on lies. I was just happy to have my car back although I saw gashes in the hood they supposedly had waited months for. The black border around my tire was clearly bent and not replaced. Little did I know the hack job they did underneath everything that was visible to me. I recently took my car to have some work done only to be told they could not work on my car because of the what they discovered when taking it apart. There are things taped together, bolts missing and the list goes on. I was told my car was unsafe to drive and he didn’t know how it had been all this time. The worst part is I’ve read these reviews. Read the comments on the BBB website and see this isn’t new for them and know this wrong will most likely never be righted. I can only encourage people to do their research and NEVER hand their car over to this place. ***
In response to the CYA answer from the owner. 1. Why on earth would I ever trust you a second time with my car?
2. How do you warranty tape and missing bolts? And yes it has been several years, but how would I know to disassemble your work to make sure it was correct? This was only just brought to my attention by a reputable company who they themselves have no understanding as to why one would do this to a customer.
3. My 3 month long experience with you tells me you are shady and not honest, I’d venture to guess you would deny your own work.
You have caused me enough turmoil, there is no “life time warranty” in the world that would ever have me make that mistake twice. Your quick generic response to the MULTIPLE negative reviews should tell the public what they need to know about you, sir.

By far the worst place to do business with. They took forever fixing my car. They didn’t submit supplementals in time to the insurance company for overlooked repairs on the initial estimate so I was willing to try out a car for a whole month. I was repeatedly told over and over again to call next week, call next week, call next week when waiting on my car to be fixed. They didn’t even start working on my car until they had already had my car for a whole month. It took two months to get my car back and they didn’t even complete all the repairs. Then the very first day I get my car back a rear reflector falls off the back bumper. I was promised $250 dollars for rental reimbursement and was told I could come pick it up that Saturday only to find when I arrived their on Saturday no one was there. I was also told the next Saturday after I finally got my $250 to come get the reflector fixed only be told that Saturday that no one was there that could work on my car. The reason they gave for taking so long on my car was that they were waiting on parts which I somewhat understand but two months is a really long time to wait on parts. By far the worst place to do business with. The manager walked me back to my car in the shop after they had my car for a month and a half just to show me my car and what I discovered was they had not done anything to my car yet and when we walked up the mechanic was sitting there playing with his phone. Terrible terrible terrible. I don’t have anything good to say about this place. The body shop should have covered my rental for at least a month. The people that work at that place are extremely rude except for one of the mechanics named Hericio. The office lady is rude. The manager is rude. I warn you now that if you do business with these people you were warned.

worst place ever!!!!! Then didnt even fix nothing on my car that they charged my insurance company for work they never did and sold my car to a ex-employee that i located my car at a chop shop in north side ft worth and had to turn around and pay the ex employee the money he paid the owner of the body shop kept the money from the sale of my car...this place is a joke very rude and never return phone calls

After a wreck I was in, my car was in this location for almost six weeks. I would call and each time "should be this time next week" My car rental ran out so I ended up paying for two more weeks and being on a fixed income, this hurt. My car was finally released to me a few days before Thanksgiving. My daughter was on her way to work and the car completely died on her. She was doing 70mph on I35 (Posted speed limit). She could have been killed or killed someone near her. She sat on the highway for six hours waiting for a wrecker. The car was towed to Firestone, across the street from Collision Maxx. They wouldn't take the car after hours. Firestone found there was a hole in the battery and the motor froze up. This was the night before Thanksgiving and my daughter was scheduled to work as well as TG day and the day after. She had no way to get there even after trying to find an Uber, so she missed three days. She lost her job over it. Collision Maxx refuses to take responsibility and fix the car properly. It is now sitting where I live unable to drive it. I had go out and find another vehicle so now I have a car payment I cannot really afford. The "Save your deductible" sign is very attractive but not worth the nightmare this company has put me through.

I had a scratch near the headlight on the side and he fixed the scratch fast and nicely. It looks brand new such a good job I was very happy with everything. We've also used them on my husband's car and they did a great job on the bumper. He had hit a cone in the middle of the highway and it's split the bumper. You cannot tell it's been worked on it's just a beautiful job and I recommend them to everyone.
