Lonnie was so helpful! After we went to a different Conns location where they had no clue what they were doing we went to he Conns in Burleson and Lonnie was so much help as soon as we walked in! He made the process so easy and made sure we understood exactly what we were getting! Thank you again Lonnie!

This isn't about this particular location but about Conn's itself. From the moment we purchased our items we were set up on auto-pay. When the card had expired nobody reached out. When I discovered what happened we immediately fixed it but by now we had a late payment and all internet was added in. We then connected our bank account so this would not happen again. But yet every so many months I would receive a text alert of the payment being late, we just assumed it was a scam. Apparently not. Somehow on the Conn's end my payments were being canceled. Nobody in their customer service could explain why. I would then make a payment thru an agent and then discover they also took the automatic payment out. I finally had enough and just paid off the items. Nothing made any sense and I was tired of late payments dinging credit report. Just be mindful of your monthly payments.

The store was nice and the customer service was great but if you payoff anything please keep a record. One whole year they called and said I owed them 500.00 and change from the collections department if not for the letter my account was closed and paid in full. it was going on my credit plz keep in mind a year later. Actually 11 months. Initially I thought it was a spam text but then a call it just seems like a scam.

We had a pleasant experience here. Came in to shop for a mattress, and we left with one. The salesman, I believe his name was Lenny, was very helpful and patient with us. We had a hard time making up our minds, but he didn't make us feel rushed or pressured in any kind of way. We appreciated his professionalism!
