Brad was very patient as I had to test out every couch in the place. He didn’t hover over us, really no one did. They gave us time to make a decision and answered any questions we had. Brad went into detail explaining insurance coverage and details about it as well as our delivery. This is the second time we have used Conns and will continue in the future as well.

There was a bit of a hiccup with the delivery of my washer and dryer set and I was very frustrated to say the least. Franco stepped up to the plate and made everything right in short order! I really appreciate the willingness to make sure I had the best experience with Conn's possible. Also, their appliance salesman Lonnie really knows his stuff and has a great attitude. Thank you guys!!

Great customer service at Conn's in Burleson! I had tried to replace my daughter's laptop by using Conn's online & was finding conflicting reports about availability. The sales person at Conn's took care of the problem in about 20 minutes! I walked out relieved & with the laptop in hand. Thank you.

To spend $7000 I am disappointed in the organization! They asked me to be a hour and half early from my estimate delivery time because they were ahead of schedule just to be late! To top it off they showed up at the wrong house to mount the TV they had just delivered three days before at the RIGHT house! With my washer, dryer, & couch! Very poor service on timing!

When you are shopping in store, the associates are great. Well, of course they are, they are commission based and want to make money from your sale. However, never become delinquent on your account, no matter the reason. They will begin to harass you, and degrade you. We became delinquent on our account due to contracting COVID three times in 6 months and being out of work for two weeks each time. Not to mention we had a newborn baby at home and my mother who is on oxygen. Then to top it all off, as we start getting caught up, someone hits and totals our car and runs. When they asked me why I was behind on my payment, I explained all that plus more. The response I received when I said I was struggling to pay my electric bill, was "what about this bill?". Then after setting up a payment arrangement, the lady asked me about my tax return and if I got anything from that, when I said "no, it all went to the IRS" she asked about my husband's tax return. "No lady, we filed joint, it all went to the IRS" .They call at least 4 times a day, I'm sorry, I'm working 3 jobs trying to get my life back on the right track, I don't have time or patience enough to argue with heartless people who always make me cry. I will never use them again unless I can pay cash outright. I don't recommend others to either. Their products are decent, but at this rate, they can come get it all, it's not worth the amount of anxiety and stress that comes with dealing with their service center people.

Our refrigerator went out last week, over 10 year's old . Went to Conn's got a great deal , that we can afford. Chris our salesman not pushy at all , made the experience more enjoyable.

I recently stopped by Conns in Burleson. As I was walking from the parking lot into the store, I saw a dead bird that had been there awhile. i was immediately greeted by a sales representative named Tyla. I told her I was looking for a power recliner. She let me look then I asked her if she could plug in the chair so I could try it out. She said we don't have the plug for that one. I went to a couple of more chairs same comment "I don't have none of the cords and don't know where they are at":Then she started yawning and acted like she was bored to death. I sat on the last loveseat I looked over and saw a dead wasp in the seat next to me. I'm very allergic thank God I didn't sit on it. As I was leaving, she was telling me a story about something and dropped the "f" bomb. STAY AWAY!!! Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Everything, went great from the rep-(Lonnie) to the delivery and of course the price was the best.
