I feel like they think I’m a liar because I told them I’d write a review and have yet too. I came up there I want to say the night of January 5th. And I completely forgot his and her name. But they helped me get my own account and sign into max and everything. They were wonderful! If I knew their name I’d put it in this. But it was a youngish looking guy with tattoos that was talking to me about his mom when I was ranting about my ex (also thank you for listening) and it was a girl!! Thank y’all yall are amazing!!!

Chris and Tony are amazing! I broke my phone and came in for a cheap replacement, but Tony helped me out and I got a new Galaxy on payments! They made it so quick and painless, thank you so much!

OMG!!! The Manager man, sorry forgot his name cuz I didn't write it down, ugh!!, & the man employee that were working when I stopped in to get some answers on a claim I filed, I got 2 phones sent to me & which one was my replacement phone. They both were super super knowledgeable as well as super super nice and kind!!!! Got ALL my questions answered ? Y'all should go see them and switch, just saying?✌️

Very very very poor customer service. Kyle was very rude. All she would tell the customers was that there was nothing she could do, she didn't even try to help them. There was an older gentleman in the store (a senior citizen) confused about a button on his phone and she was very rude to him and just shrugged her shoulders at him. She didn't give me a chance to explain my situation she cut me off and said there was nothing she could do for me. I had to go to a different store and was helped right away. I will no longer be visiting this store.

I am a 75 year old woman who was stressed with the upgrade requirements for 4G. I really liked my old flip phone and did not want to upgrade my phone. I visited the Cricket Wireless Store ( No. 80338334) located on Wilshire Blvd in Burleson, Texas. From the moment I entered the door a helpful, friendly, staff greeted me. There were other customers in the store also. They seemed happy and cheerful with their service. The selections of phone styles were really good. Much to my delight the store had my traditional flip phone model. Kylie Fugitt my Sales Representative was wonderful in helping me. She was very knowledgeable and set up my new phone completely and ready to use. She perceived my needs and wants. I am so satisfied with my new flip phone. Store Manager Tim Ruffin was very helpful and I commend him on his efficient, friendly store. Thank you to Kylie and Tim for making my experience to upgrade my phone a very positive changeover. Went in to the Wilshire store today for a problem with telephone calls. The person who helped me, Darrin, greeted me promptly, courteously, and warmly. After giving me his undivided attention he almost immediately diagnosed the problem that everyone else had missed over the last couple of days. I was very impressed the way he LISTENED to me and zeroed in on a bad SIM card. He also showed me new phones I might be interested in when I am ready to give mine up. Darrin is an excellent representative for your company. Give that boy a raise!

Very rude and unfriendly staff at the Burleson location on Wiltshire. The young man working last Saturday (9/10) treated me as more as an annoyance than a customer. I was also told incorrect information as far as unlocking a family members number.
