Jennifer was amazing despite the dogmatic approach from Corp. All because of an expiration date on a new debit card. Jennifer gets a 5 star for the way that she approached the concen. Would give corp Cricket a 2 star but not want to bring down the local store score showing that reflection. ?

I am the new and current manager of this location.I have worked very hard to make this location a better Cricket provider.I always make sure to go by store hour standards. We will be open Monday through Saturday from 10am to 7pm and on Sundays from 12 to 5pm. But I promise you even if you walk in the door at 5 till close you will be fully taken care of.I look forward to meeting all of your smiling faces and welcome any new faces to the Cricket family.Here we belive in Going the Extra Smile.

Jennifer was most excellent worker server that ever work for me as I was getting a new phone picked out the best that fitted my style my knowledge and worked with me and gave me the best I could possibly have served me and help me know everything I didn't understand and more made me so proud I walked out of the store with a better knowledge and I've ever had anybody to help me with she was a joy to work where she was fun and she was pleasant I would recommend anybody to come to her that felt like they were less than treated fairly in any situation with their phone service I will always be willing to drive to for our trip as I was up here visiting my sister when my phone went out I would drive this far for hours just come and have her take care of me I felt like her service was that married to I would recommend her to anybody and I think you should give her a race my name is Joe brundage. What do I do now

Great location. Great service. Amazing sales reps. If you ever need your cell phone needs met this is the location. Jennifer will take very good care of you and your needs. Somebody give this manager a raise. Will be bring family and friends to this location from here on out

The new manager, Jennifer is amazing. She took her time to make sure my phone was fully set up even helping me set up the fingerprint option. She's super sweet and funny. Would recommend all of my friends and family to go to this location.

I don't like giving negative reviews, but I was honestly disappointed the last time I visited this location, (last Sunday).I was trying to transfer my SO's phone and number from another carrier to my Cricket account, only to be lied to about them not accepting unlocked phones or phones from other companies anymore. I was unaware that the store closed in less than 30 minutes otherwise I would of seen right through the lie.Needless to say we drove to a different location that closed an hour later and laughed about the whole situation.Now if I had been told something more along the lines of "Sorry we're about to close for the day." I would have completely understood, definitely would have preferred honesty over a lie.

After they get the sale they will not help you with any problems, they direct you to "611" and cut off further communication.It is common for cricket to over charge you and will never reimburse you. only credit.to follow through with warranty you can only go through 611 automated system (complex and long wait/ lots of phone tag to get anything done).

They were friendly long enough to get a sale. that was it. (The phone lasted about 1 1/2 months) 1. The first problem was they overcharged me on phone service. (I found out this is common for most of their customers) They will never reimburse you only credit it. 2. any time you have a problem, They close up and won't answer any questions just "I'm sorry there is nothing we can do you need to call "611" over and over with variations of the same wording. 3. when you call 611 and jumped threw hoops to get to a person. (they were friendly except for the warranty person) It takes forever to get anything (wait times transfers, etc...) customer service person said they could mail a new phone I could transfer data, and send the broken phone back... 4. rude customer service person said "sorry either you 1. pay a deposit ($200+) we send you a new phone (then return the old one), 2. load it on google drive and send us the old phone and you get a new one (without transferred data), or 3. just send us old phone lose everything and get a new phone... Please even if you have to pay more, Do your research and go to a different company.

Do not buy accessories from this store. if you need to return it they will not refund your money even if it has not been opened and with original receipt. You need to have a phone payment plan. You should shop elsewhere!!! I bought two new phones cash and they wouldn't refund the cost of an item I bought from them on the same day and needed to return! I have been a long time customer. I needed to give a one star because that was as low as I could go.
